Ive been a long time customer i pay annually usually! I did not like the new updates. You cannot save a picture without it having a shadow
More importantly, even with my paid subscription, I am getting ads every time I try to and it’s asking me to subscribe please fix this or refund my money

App most have a bug. Attempted to use on IPhone, and IPad Air. There is no settings bar tab, no erasing or adjusting. App also does not allow you to view your work until after hiring save. App is not worth paying and for whatever reason the screen flips upside down on the iPad Air and sideways on the phone. Tried to set it to not rotate the imagine but was unsuccessful. Would like my money back but MockupCreator2025 also does not provide assistance for a refund. If you ask me it’s a scam!

I bought the lifetime membership for my desktop computer. It has been down for weeks, with unanswered emails from this company. They found out they could make more money so they screwed people who bought the computer version to force them to repay for the apps for their phones.

I’ve sent emails in regards to an order I placed and can’t download the software as file page is not found. I haven’t received any email in regards to the problem and I sent email on February 19, 2023. I bought lifetime in November 5,2021. I really would like to be able to download the software I purchased and be contacted. My computer needed to be reset so I lost everything I had downloaded.

When I choose to upload a file an ad pops up, close it out then it goes back to the previous screen and won’t access my photos. I have to completely close MockupCreator2025 out and reopen for it to work and it only works once. Really disappointed because when it works it’s great.

I got the desktop version. The site for that has been down, no updates for a lifetime purchase. Crashes, crashes my computer.. and now an app that also doesn’t work correctly. I’m not paying for it twice. I would avoid it until they work the bugs out!

I downloaded the free version to test before getting the premium version. Most of the time when I choose to add a photo, it shows an ad and then…nothing…back to the original screen. I’m not paying a premium price for that. When it works, it’s great. But for me, that’s only 10% of the time.

I purchased the package for one month to see if I would use it or if I would continue to use Canva. I like some aspects of MockupCreator2025 but do not think it is the best app for me. I do like the rotating feature. It only works for my tumblers but sadly none of the other sublimated items. Would love to be able to contact customer support from MockupCreator2025 but no way. Once they get your money coming in there is no way to cancel.

MockupCreator2025 doesn’t allow me to do more than one mock-up per session. I have to turn my phone off to reboot it. When I try to a 2nd one, it just plays ads. Works otherwise though.

You need more options. Like 11 and 15 oz mugs to compare next to each other. More tumbler styles by a lot. It’s an amazing concept but for 10 bucks a month the variety is lacking

MockupCreator2025 has helped cut my mock up time to very minimal. Just don’t like how it crashes and closes MockupCreator2025 after doing 3-4 mock ups. I have to restart MockupCreator2025 every time. A bit annoying but I guess for a free app I can’t complain to much just won’t purchase because of that.

Love MockupCreator2025 but I would love to have a window’s version

Works great on my phone but it would nice to design and send to my customer all from my windows computer

Is a windows version possible?

This is super nice and easy to use. I hate having an ad every single photo I add or want to export but I get they need to get paid. after a doing at least 5 MockupCreator2025 will shut down on me.

Love MockupCreator2025!!!!! It cuts my time a lot now. I have time for other things than designing a mock-up. The only thing I hope that they will add come different items. Like kids flip top water bottles and snippy cups. Also a 32oz on point bullet. Will for sure keep using MockupCreator2025 for my tumblers.

These are fantastic tools for helping customers visualize projects before you actually get started. I would love if you added the makerflo brand pen and stylus combo and the PaperMate InkJoy pens (after removal of clip)

Love MockupCreator2025 please offer more blanks like 16 oz glass cans and more! it would also be nice if the watermark could stay stored rather than having to type it every time, thanks!

Wish they would add flags, 12oz tumblers without sippy lids, camp mugs etc

This is app is super easy to use, the only thing I would ask for is to make a mock up of the 12oz kids tumbler with the flip top mouth piece and the kids tumbler with flip top straw
