2ndPhoneNumber is so lame, how can you make people pay that much for monthly subscription and yet they only have access to send 20 sms per day . At least you should have stated that clearly in 2ndPhoneNumber description but you didn’t , you chose to hide that fact . Well if you are okay with spending $10 for a quack app that won’t even do what it says it does then you can go ahead and get 2ndPhoneNumber, either way if you don’t want to waste your money and time then do not even look at 2ndPhoneNumber at all . There’s a certain app that gives 7 days free unlimited trial , you have no free trial yet there’s limit in texting . I haven’t even use it up to 4 days and I’m tired of it , to cut the story short purchase 2ndPhoneNumber if you like to lose to people .
Poor customer svc. Problems with receiving messages in real time. I still have messages that haven't saved in the feed that only appear if you actively click on each of the contacts in the feed. Even then the newest messages may never load to leave you wondering who text and why.
I sent one message and it says I reached the 20 message outgoing limit? Where does it say anything about a message limit? Even the free apps don’t have limits. I paid for a whole year and 20 messages is the limit per day. Refund please

I subscribe for unlimited calling and texting and in 2ndPhoneNumber you can only send 20 messages daily once you send 20 messages you need to wait fir 24hours before you can text again

All what they said in 2ndPhoneNumber are all lies, and whatever you said about 2ndPhoneNumber is totally different. I advice everyone not to use 2ndPhoneNumber because even when you ask for your refund they don’t want to get it back to you knowing they’re at fault!
I was charged for a canceled free trial, again DESPITE being a free trial, to which I no longer wanted/needed, they went ahead and charged me for it. I had to contact apple support, and report 2ndPhoneNumber to them because of it. I will be getting my money back as well as making a scam report for you guys falsely charging me for a free trial.
So far 2ndPhoneNumber is a serious disappointment. I’ve had a paid subscription for appx. 4 days ago. The phone won’t call/receive and the contact support function does not work. I’ve toured contacting support another way twice now and have received no response. I’d look somewhere else.
These guys are cutting off phone calls at 20 minutes. Total phone call minutes for the day it’s just 20 minutes, not unlimited how they advertise. I emailed them and received no response.
You can’t believe 2ndPhoneNumber was working fine until after I make payment then it started having troubles immediately they took my money. And i have learnt my lessons now that any app that isn’t giving trial for few days is scam men 2ndPhoneNumber for some reason just started giving issues and asking me for auth every single minute immediately after they took my money scam
2ndPhoneNumber was ok before you change the limit for messages to 20 a day.
The good news is you can call anywhere in the world for an affordable, fixed monthly rate. However sometimes it struggles to place the call. I can’t identify why.

I just created an account but it’s working fine , I only have it 4 star cos I haven’t used it for long
