So I started playing this game and I will lose some of you here. I am aware of the absurdity of my spending, however, the experience dealing with the Customer Service team was atrocious. I spent $2,999+ to reach the SSSVip and upon reaching that milestone I was prompted to reach out to the customer service. After doing that I was given instructions to add someone on Discord (separate app). Initially the user they sent me was not found. So I reached out to let them know it didn’t work. Days later they rectified that but it wasn’t until after I reached out to Apple support. So situation rectified I continued to play and of course that meant I continued to spend $. All in I was about $3,600 in and suddenly the game crashed and when I went to log back in I was banned. I’m not looking for sympathy and I’m aware of the absurdity of spending $3,600 on a mobile game in a month.
The in game community is great, active, and competitive. Even with my “whaling” I was still not the strongest in my realm (server group) even though strongest on my server. The community is fun to interact with and banter.
Truly a shame how poorly the customer service has been and even more disheartening to have spent so much $ to be randomly banned.

I had recently purchased a 31$ package and have not receive the item in the game, contacted support about it, they didn’t do anything but told me to “refresh and reinstall “ or “click it again” which will result in another purchase. Anyways, I had to go back and forth with the support for about a week because they take few days to even reply, then responding with automated messages which did not help the situation. I was persistent about it, if it’s 1 or 2$ I might have just ignored it but it’s 31$. I had decided to reach out to apple to for a refund and this resulted in a ban in my account. I’ve only been playing for almost a week and dropped around $150. The game would rather just ban you instead of actually solving the issue. And I felt like I was scammed the rest of the money since I don’t have access to the game anymore.

I’ve been playing this game 54 days now. It was great in the beginning.. now My server is literally a ghost town. It feels so bad. And it’s been over a month and no updates… I don’t understand what the devs are doing Bc I know it’s not money they need.. since EVERY SINGLE EVENT you have to spend real money on. And if you don’t spend money, you fall VERY, VERY behind in CP. you shouldn’t have to spend so much money in order to be competitive with other players. Sick of the bugs and constant high 999MS. This games a joke anymore. Don’t waste your time. Devs are just taking the money of the few people still playing until they completely ditch this game.
