I actually love your game but I had to give a bad review to maybe increase the chances of getting your attention. The reason why I said terrible online matchmaking is because when I do an epic battle online I get paired up with teams that absolutely destroy me. They block almost every move, they counter attack while I’m attacking them when they are blocking, they have way better gear than me, way more higher stats than me, some of them do crit damage on their basic attacks that equals the amount of damage that their special one does or maybe do even more damage than that, they do so much damage that it does a lot even when I’m blocking. Now this doesn’t happen every battle but it’s always the 5th, 4th, and sometimes even the first battle that this happens. The type of characters in the team also play into how hard it will be to defeat them. Examples are he flash point team, blackest night team, and other broken characters. North metal characters are annoying to against also. Here’s my overall point, I know that with each battle you choose it’s supposed to get tougher but my problem is that your matchmaking puts me up against teams that result in me not being able to anything. It’s literally certain death and it pisses me off when I’m on my 5th battle. Fix your matchmaking.

I have serious doubts about the reverse flash actually being in the most wanted pack because I have bought it an obscene amount of times and have never yet gotten him. The online gameplay is so incredibly unfair and impossible to rank up to be able to get the character cards at the top!!! The game also had an update back around the time that the movie Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice came out and was supposed to have challenges for 3 Dawn of Justice characters ( Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman) I have had several challenges for Superman and for Wonder Woman but never had the Dawn of Justice Batman challenge even once. Please do so already! Also how about some of the other characters that I've seen such as Arkham Knight Batman, Darkest night Doomsday, Darkest night Grundy, Red Sun Grundy, Red Sun Superman Darkest night Superman, They need to put them in challenges or let me buy them because the online is packed full of cheating with their crazy gear upgrades and its way to hard to climb the ranks so that you can win them. All and all this game is great and very addictive but if you are not a cheater than you can forget about getting some of the above said characters, at least they could do is put them into the add characters section and let you buy them with coins.

It’s been 3 weeks and there’s been no update to fix battle 62 since it was added in the last update. When u play it appears that battle 61 is the last battle of that stage since there are no more characters above to battle but yet you beat battle 61 and it goes to battle 62 but there are NO characters there to battle. The game seems to continue but when you click “Fight” the games loads for a sec or 2 then just crashes. Apparently the match should be there since the next stage starts at battle 63. Also I don’t understand how many of the Final Bonus Battles of each Chapter gives u some type of reward for beating it, however beating the Bonus Battle in Chapter 9 gives you NOTHING...That’s pretty beat and not consistent with the other Chapters. Otherwise I really love the addition of the Metal Characters or Whatever type of card they are, you need to add them to the “Sort By” List. One other suggestion would be to add an alternate way to sort cards, for example sort them by the Title of each card. So all the “Arkham” cards would be next to each other alphabetically, then the “Arkham Knight” cards, “Arkham Origins”, “Batman Ninja”, “New 52”, “Red Son”....etc, you get the point. I just think it would give some older cards and teams more replay value, since your now seeing the cards in a whole new order.
