1 Crippling Flaw

The app worked great, not perfect, but pretty good. Until the 3 day free trial ended, then after they got my money, the app no longer worked, with ANYTHING AT ALL! calling it a scam is putting it nicely, so don't get into this unless you know all the songs you want to tune beforehand, and cancel the subscription and delete the app within the first 3 days, and you should be fine.
Doesn’t work

Firstly only audio files work, so I converted a video that has someone talking over music and you can’t hear what they’re saying. After converting that section to a MP3 it’s been “processing” for 24 hours and still 0% and no way to add any other jobs as one is still processing. I have reached out to customer support and I will update accordingly. However, one thing I was very upset about is during the trial. It did not tell me that my video would not work and it did not then tell me that it could not be longer than five minutes only after me purchasing a Subscription did it then say the file was not compatible, and then, only after I converted into a audio file did it say it was too long…. If I had seen those errors instead of upgrade option I would never have subscribed in the first place. So even if they resolve this, I do think there are some less than honest advertising tactics and I feel like I was mislead telling me to “upgrade” assuming if they are saying I need to upgrade that they would be able to convert the file, however, to upgrade and find out that it’s not supported is in my opinion misleading.
Why do all these vocal removers need a subscription?

I wish I could rate it 0 stars because when I uploaded a video from my gallery, it showed me if I wanted to buy a subscription, thinking since it's a free app and it's gonna show me an advertisement, I clicked skip. Nothing happened so I repeated the process and same thing. Basically, you have to buy the subscription, which didn't even work when I pressed it multiple times, to even use this app! I feel tried numerous vocal remover apps and they all contain some sort of subscription In order to use the app properly, ridiculous! Please don't download this app thinking it's good.
