I have tried to cancel the subscription a number of times and continue to get charged a monthly fee. I have purchased a new Roku and want this canceled. It is ridiculous that there is no where to cancel, although I have emailed info@redacted a number of times. I send the cc to my email address and it never shows up. What do I need to do? I finally emailed from my personal account so I can start tracking this. What terrible customer support. I advise never downloading this app. You will need to go to your credit card company and start a cancelation process.
There is no where to cancel this subscription - does not give you an option to cancel in the iPhone settings
I want to uninstall this app and stop paying!! Why is there not a unsubscribe button or anything???

Do not download this app unless you want to get scammed out of your money! I downloaded the app and uninstalled it when I seen that they charge you to use the remote after 3 days! I uninstalled it the same day and didn’t even use it but I was still charged! I have no idea of how to get my money back except to dispute it with my bank so that’s what I will be doing. This is not the real Roku remote app Download at your own risk!!!

I try to give people the benefit of the doubt when it comes to creative ideas that encourage new ways to access our regular activities, for example making an app that is essentially an digital remote but not allowing users to actual use sed app without subscription.. I get having the app itself holding your personal information with the things you enjoy and so on but why have a download option then payment after?
