I was charged for something, a download, which I never requested. I then sent five emails requesting that my subscription be cancelled - these were ignored and further money, 19.99 was taken. Again, I emailed and requested cancellation and refund - again, my emails are ignored.

SCAMMERS!!! I’ve had $29.99 deducted from my account for absolutely nothing! I never downloaded the app, I clicked on an add then all of a sudden money keeps getting deducted. Their email says it’s full and then rejects my email that I’m trying to send. Hello, I have just realised that I keep getting money deducted from my bank account for a service/app that I don’t have! I have attached the proof of deductions to this email. I need to know how or why I keep having these funds removed from my account. I need to have this stopped. Thank you Kathryn

SCAM!! I followed a stupid link on Facebook to simply check it out. But NOTHING was even Close to how they Advertised it! They keep trying to charge me $89.99 and as far as I can tell, I Have Done Nothing to Indicate that I EVER AGREED to a Subscription! And trying to contact them has thus proven to be a Giant Pain in the REAR END.

Stop trying to charge me 90 bucks for a bunch of BS. People that are interested in apps like this don't need to be a mark in your grift/scam. I just wanted to help myself with my anxiety and grieving. Ohhhhh and if you get directed to one of the pages for Reflectio it actually brings you to justanswer.com without any effort to say it and they want to charge you money TOO!!!! What are they planning on answering?! Why these people are all over the place these days just looking for a way to suck everything they can from anyone who is trusting or hopeful or optimistic...I'm so sick of this kind of stuff

I was charged for a plan I never selected. Can’t find out who to contact and how to get my money back.

Scam

Downloaded this from a Facebook ad, which showed a user scanning their facial expressions to help identify emotions. This is not a component of the app at all. You can use voice recordings or type to record your feelings, but it just says “poor internet connection or insufficient data.” On top of this, the company would like you to pay them a subscription fee (also not shown in the ad of course) to use their mood tracker that doesn’t work. They should have spent less time on their fake ad and more time on creating a real app!

Wasted three Hours of my time just to figure out I have to pay for it.

I was trying to get advice from this app but then when it said that I needed to start a free trial to access the actual part of the app and then be charged weekly is ridiculous. I’m a teenager and I’m going through a really difficult time and I can’t even trust to talk to my therapist or any of my counselors at school because their all against me. So thanks.

Scam

Downloaded this from an Instagram ad. Was excited, because I’ve been out of therapy for a while because of covid. Open the app, set up my goals, go to write my first entry, and bam. I have to pay money to do anything. This app shouldn’t be free, as it is extremely misleading and rude. Will be deleting, as I refuse to pay money to a company with such sleezy work ethics. Please market your app correctly
