Doesn’t work- it’s that simple

I had great hopes based on the features and reviews. It doesn’t work. I’ve tried repeatedly, using different combinations, and all I get is “unexplained error.” I paid the $20 for the upgrade and nothing changed. I then sent an email to the developer more than two weeks ago asking to make it work or a refund. I’ve heard nothing. Perhaps this open appeal gets their attention and they do one of the above. If it works I’d probably love it. Eagerly waiting to hear from them.
Saving watermark

I am giving this 1 star review because I have asked twice over a 10 day period for an answer as to how you can save a watermark you create and are you able to add a watermark to more than one image at a time. It is a pain to have to recreate it over and over when you have 20 photos to do. I haven’t received an answer. I even paid for Pro. Poor way to handle customers
