New phone - freezing app

This app worked great to watermark my photos and videos, it was so easy! My only complaint before would have been that it does not play videos in the app, you watermark on a still video, then have to go replay it in your photos and decide if the watermark is where you want it to be. Now I got a new phone with the most up to date software, the app is not working at all and freezes every time, making it useless!
What is going on?

I just paid for the no app logo at the top of the screen and everytime i hit save to camera roll the app just completely freezes, but the photo still saves in my photos with the app logo on top of the photo!! I click app support and then it doesnโt load. I just want my money back and to delete the app :(
