After I used the backup feature by logging into Facebook it repeat crashed after just a few minutes of me playing. Since then it would crash before even fully loading, or get loaded and as soon as I would click anything It’d crash. My phone was completely updated, the game was fine, closed all apps and I even turned off my phone for a while. (10+ min) I emailed them for support and waiting over a week…. I have still received no response. I loved this game and played every day throughout the day… anyway, so I figured my download must have had a glitch after updating so the last resort was redownloading the game… considering the ‘back up’ feature, I wasn’t worried too much thinking I was covered but as soon as the app opened and I was level one I got nervous. So I went right to settings to see about re-logging in to Facebook to get me game back…. Nothing. Their Facebook page won’t even open and there is not a place to log in anymore for me… so, I’m done with the game now unfortunately.

So I made an in app purchase and it said all set but then didn’t deliver the purchases - the only way to reach support is through Facebook which I don’t have or in app support that doesn’t list the game on it? I will be watching my bank account and if the purchases clear the bank I will contact apple and lodge a formal complaint but until then you guys should fix your in app purchase options.

I downloaded this game because it was different from the other games I play. You make a lot of progress in the beginning which is nice but just like every game. You reach a Plateau Point. I decided to spend 1.99 on a starter pack just because, but I didn’t receive half of the items I was promised. I’m gonna give it a little bit if I don’t hear back from the company. I’m reporting it to apple.
