Everything in Tagmiibo works great! I just wish you started with more than five scans, and didn’t have to pay for more. Other than that, I would highly recommend for those trying to get amiibo data working without actually buying 100 dollar amiibos!

Great app, usually works without any problems. Unfortunately it didn’t work for three of the new series 5 Animal Crossing villagers (Ione, Quinn, & Petri) and some old ones (Boris, Stu, & Leif). I confirmed it wasn’t a chip error by using multiple chips and it doesn’t seem to be a bin issue because I used 200 from the same person that worked just fine. Almost a perfect all, will be if these get fixed!

Tagmiibo helped me so much to get all of the villagers I wanted an my ACNH island! It’s super easy to use and has video tutorials if your confused. The only downside is that you have to pay to make more than 5 tags but that’s expected. Still amazing and a lifesaver! ❤️

I was having a hard time writing my tags (which was a hardware issue and not Tagmiibo ’s fault!) and they helped me figure out the issue and were very responsive! The hardware issue is an issue with the iPhone 7+ model! If you have a 7+, the nfc scanner is very specific and it takes a lot (and I mean a LOT) of finagling to write tags, if you can get a hold of a different phone model from a friend, family, etc, it will work like a charm! I hope this helps :)

Most important thing to say about Tagmiibo, is that unlike most other amiibo apps on the iOS store, this app actually works. It’s easy to use, it’s fast, the ui is clean and smooth. Plus you get 5 free writes, and it’s not very expensive to get the unlimited write pass, which is still cheaper than buying a single actual amiibo

Have been using Tagmiibo for writing ACNH cards and it works like a charm! Unlocked the unlimited tags option when it was half off and never looked back 🤩

It works and that’s all i care about, you do have to pay to get more than 5 tags, but it’s def worth it for the amount of money you save in the long run. 🙂

i thought this was gonna be another one of those useless amiibo writing apps but im proud to say this one actually works great! i paid for unlimited writes and im NOT disappointed in my purchase. 10/10 recommended!! xx

It was a bit of set up, but once i got over those steps, it just works. I havent encountered any problems so far. One small feature request: share files from cloud drive apps.

I was super pleased to find this today after getting supplies to make my own amiibos. After downloading the zip of .bin files, it was super easy to access them on Tagmiibo !! Thank you so much!!

Was able to scan cards really quick unlike other apps that have you wait for a very long time between scans. So I would highly recommend Tagmiibo. Thanks!!

I have been looking for an app like this for a long time! I have tried a few apps in the space and this is the only one I like. It has an easy UI and is simple to operate. I should have downloaded it sooner. 10/10 recommend.

Tagmiibo is amazing! I bought some NFC 215 tags online, and they are compatible with Tagmiibo . It’s very useful! I used to buy chips from friends or share amiibos with other people but now I don’t have to! I upgraded to pro to make many tags and its working great!

I’m not very tech savvy, but Tagmiibo walks you through everything. I ended up buying the premium version because I haven’t found anything that works this well. Not to mention it is infinitely cheaper than the alternatives

Works as expected. I love the ability to scan existing tags and the information icon is awesome. The ability to see what games a particular tag is compatible with and a description are an incredible bonus. Keep up the good work!

Tagmiibo is so easy to use for making amiibos. It only took a couple steps and then after that all you have to do is get the bin file for the character you want. Also you get 5 free ones to make, but since Tagmiibo is sooo simple I just went ahead and bought unlimited.

Tagmiibo works perfectly. Explanations are straightforward, everything is easy to use, and writes aren’t expensive. My only complaint is how hard it is to find the .bin files, but that’s not even on the apps end! Works great, recommend it for anyone who’s trying to write amiibo tags

step by step process

get nfc 215 tags
key_retail.bin file is the encryption key
get bin files for the amiibo itself
write nfc tag and there ya go!

r/amiibomb is a helpful subreddit for this process.

for real, this genuinely saves money for people who just want amiibos for the use itself.
