Glitchy and underwhelming

I rarely pay for apps and even less pay for a subscription. I thought there we're supposed to be daily tips but the last one was from Nov 8, 2 weeks ago, even with the most recent update released today. I also don't like how the app and the website don't sync with each other. I like that I get more info upfront with her chart but I miss getting more detailed charts like from other sites that are standard. Also, the visual design of the app is nice but I don't think it passes accessibility standards because the text font is thin and hard to read, the buttons are small, and there's not a lot of contrast ratio. Also while I do like that she reads the tips out loud for you, I wish she would read a bit slower lol. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews but I'm doing it because I really want this app to be better and I haven't seen any other way to give feedback more privately. I would be happy to update this review and star rating when these issues have been addressed. And I look forward to that day :)

One you get past the clunky nature of this app, the content seems unfinished. I purchased the upgrade and while there are bits and pieces that are interesting I’m not sure why I would continue to pay for it? This feels more like a digital download or workbook and not an interactive experience with updates (like the chani app that is so well thought out) It feels like features of this app were cherry picked from other apps but without the content to support it. The language is also a little gatekeepy. If you know HD you can guess what the content is about (type, strategy, centers), but if you don’t, how will you ever learn that based on the language? I guess it was a nice try, it could have been so much better. It’s pretty underwhelming…

I’m bummed to write this review but there is no option to submit a support ticket. I’ve had HD readings on my entire family so I was spruced to see when I added my son into the app he was categorized incorrectly. He’s a projector, confirmed in one reading and another website yet this app says he’s a generator. That really created a trust issue for me on if the content is accurate or not. I would have loved an option to submit a question or help ticket but there’s no contact info or option for this. Great concept but just needs some work.
