Developer, how does a user of your app get it to work❓

Developer, respectfully, you really need to add a tutorial, or a faq collection, or some sort of basic help, for example, after adding a few apps for tracking, I tried to delete one from the list but it would not delete — then I tried a different app and then another — then realized I could not get “this app” to execute a deletion of any app on my list. This was after upgrading to “Pro”. You did, however, successfully get me to feel stupid but somehow I doubt that that’s what you’re aiming for. *** If you can make some positive changes, please let me know and I’ll happily redownload Appspree , use it, and even try to write a more thorough review. — Device info: using an iPad 12.9 running iOS 16
Why?

You took a simple app that was pretty good at publishing app discounts and made it terrible. Then you respond to another reviewer that makes this point by telling him/her to delete/reinstall Appspree as if nothing has changed. IT IS functionally and esthetically a completely different app. No explanation… no instructions on how to use this version that does NOT have any of the primary functions of the previous version. Either explain why you made the changes and how those changes benefit your users, or just kill it… put it out of our misery!
Doesn’t work

At the beginning of downloading Appspree, worked great I was getting great apps that was free and just out of the blue it stopped working and not giving any new updates, I don’t know why.
I was excited to try Appspree to track up prices in the store however, it does not. It is difficult search/find and add apps to track, but it only shows the current price listed in the store, and doesn’t inform of IAP price changes. Upon reading the reviews, it looks like this used to be an adequate price tracker until the developer change this to be a price tracker for apps that you own.
If you’re looking for a great App Store price tracking app, check out WSHLST. it brings back the bookmark functionality to Appspree Store by making it easy to track apps by using the share function in Appspree Store by using the share sheet to add apps to the WSHLST app. Unfortunately it does not track IAP, however, the AppSliced website can do that for you with email notifications.
Again, Appspree is seemingly geared towards App Store developers to track their own prices and promo codes.
User functionality completely removed?

Appspree used to be a useful tool for the average person, where you could track app discounts etc. Now they’ve completely removed all that functionality, and Appspree is only useful if you yourself *publish* apps, which is only applicable to a tiny fraction of their users. Why would you do that??

I don’t know what happened to Appspree . Now I can’t get anything on it but some pages that say tracked apps. I just used it to see free apps for the day but not anymore. Developer told me to delete Appspree and reinstall it, which I did and I still get the same thing.
Appspree does LESS than the FREE apps, like Appsliced and AppMon and those apps are ABSOLUTELY FREE and have NO HIDDEN in app purchases! I hate these apps that say they d are free (and in THIS apps case HIDE certain apps unless you pay a fee! Really? How and Why does Apple allow this type of SCAM!
I wish people would STOP paying subscription fees on apps that are NOT actually offering services, or a type of service. I understand Netflix, they ACTUALLY MAKE MOVIES, so paying a monthly fee makes sense. I understand paying a monthly subscription to a Recording studio app that allows you to use tens of thousands of dollars worth of virtual digital effects and then store your creations on their servers! That makes sense! I understand paying a monthly phone bill, or even apps that allow services from their data SERVERS…. But these type apps. Why? What can actually justify a fee each month. (If this were a one time fee, I wouldn’t have taken time to rip on Appspree) but after downloading and thinking that Appspree must be AMAZING if they ask for a monthly payment. I thought maybe the developer would offer a service that they actually contacted the developer of the apps and took the money and in turn made offers to the developers to offer their apps at a lower price or even free! But this does nothing besides put some apps that have been spotted at a lower price!!!
Appsliced offers more features than Appspree BUT ITS absolutely FREE! They actually have 1000’s of apps added to the apps that have gone free everyday (not hiding apps unless you pay) they show in your own customized list apps that are offering promos, apps that are offering their In App Purchases at a discounted price. They have options and 100’s of filters to drill down on what you want to be notified about. Example (Photo creation that have NO IAP ) you can create list of apps you love and are on your wish list, the MOMENT they go on sale you get notifications!!!! You can customize dozens of features such as, what your friends are downloading, apps that are making the MOST from IAP…. Please tell me WHY you need to charge someone MONTHLY?
On top of ALL
Waste of time for a scam.

Installed Appspree during a promotional period, which was supposed to be free! However after installing it allows you to add only one app to track or upgrade for a fee.
Search results are limited

There are thousands of apps that claim to do what you are looking for but Appspree returns at most 15 apps, where are the 1000+ other apps. How are you supposed to track what you want when Appspree is not listed in the search results but is in Appspree Store. If Appspree only returns a maximum of 15 results then it should allow pasting in Appspree link and Appspree could track using that. Tracking only apps what Appspree says you should track is useless at best. The developer should not be making the decisions, the user should ALWAYS be doing this.
No in-app purchase reminders

Why is there no tracking of in-app purchases? Isn't that the most important thing
… that this app is an app for DEVELOPERS, not users. Wasted time trying to figure it out (never did), only to realize it was not meant for the great majority of iphone / iPad users looking for free or discounted apps.
Could you add more types for the share sheet

It would be a lot more convenient to share an app link to Appspree instead of having to open it and add it. Both versions of links should be supported. The universal one as well as the store specific
