I have had misidentified bugs 75% of the time. Recently, I attempted to take a pic of some type of bee. Each time I took the pic , the app shut down. I have an iphone 13 so its not my phone. I have tried reaching out for help and received no reply. I make the mistake of paying for a full year for something that doesn't work. 🤦🏻♀️
Why are they always subscription based apps..?

Why is it that every single one of these educational apps requires stupid subscriptions? I’m not giving you a monthly subscription for an app that just tells me about wildlife.. horrible apps like these are what ruin the App Store.

I payed for a year subscription through September of 2022. Then all of a sudden it stopped working in January of 2022. Ihave tried making contact with the app, but have gotten no response from them.
