I’ve tried forgetting and repairing, tried connecting while music actually playing thru headphones via phone Bluetooth. I’ve tried turning them on and off. No matter what app can’t find my headphones. Please fix this asap!

I’ve tried several times to get this app to discover my h10 headband but it just doesn’t find it. The headphones are connected over Bluetooth, and I can play music on them, but I can’t get the app to find them.
