Frozen

I have used this app for a few weeks and I loved it. Sadly, 3 days ago it randomly froze. When I opened the app, I would see the icon, but it would be frozen there. I tried everything I could and just deleted the app. Worst part is, I lose everything. I download it again later, and it worked for a few hours. After a few hours, it froze again. So I deleted the app once again and tried to use it, and it just refuses to work now. It’s completely frozen and I can’t do anything. I know it has nothing to do with my phone because I have never had a problem with this and I tried to fix it anyway I could before deleting the app. Very disappointed.
Loved it until it stopped working

I loved this app and have become very dependent on it for writing out my notes because it had a layer of privacy that I enjoyed being separate from the default notes app. I also loved the stickers and being able to have fun with it! But the app has completely stopped working. It opens up on the default open page and then I can’t click anything. I cannot access my notes, I cannot even move or click on anything on the screen at all. It’s completely unresponsive. I’m really upset - I even paid for a lifetime VIP but I can’t even use the app o paid for anymore!
UPDATE; I tried deleting and redownloading the app. Now I can touch things! But now it won’t let me log in to my account through apple, so I can’t access my lifetime membership account or any of the notes I had in there. >:(

I love this app, its really helpful for storing information and having cute notes at the same time. I would give it 5 stars but there is a BIG problem. When you first get the app and use it frequently, there won’t be any issues. After about a week of not using the app, I decided to use it. Apparently after a certain amount of time of not using the app, it takes AGES to load. It can take up to an hour of me exiting in and out of the app + disconnecting and reconnecting my wifi. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet or device, this is an issue for EVERYONE according to the most critical and frequent reviews. I would appreciate if you fixed this issue, or I have no choice but to abandon it and find another app.
