- App sometimes cannot save a recipe due to URL access issues

Pestle app not opening on I-pad. Have shutdown and rebooted. Also updated I-pad. Suggestions? Thank you

To resolve Pestle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Pestle App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pestle » click [Force Stop]

Clear Pestle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pestle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pestle.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pestle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pestle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pestle
