No DNS in VPN

Impossible to use DNS Privacy on iPhone. There is no DNS option in VPN section of the Settings.
Besides, the setup instructions are misguided. There is no combined VPN & Network section.
Stopped working

This used to work great, but the last couple days I continually get ads in the apps that I use. I’ve checked everything from updating the app to restarting my phone. Nothing has worked.
