The surveys work fine, most the time you get disqualified but that’s to be expected, the offers for games and purchasing things on the other hand are horrible. It double tracks, and shows you’re doing the offer twice, which in turn I’m pretty sure makes it a invalid completion cause offers are only for new users, I’ve completed a few offers but have yet to be paid for almost 90% of them specifically the ones that require you to pay something. Kinda sad, figured it would’ve been better than it is, hopefully this can be fixed and it stops double tracking. I’ve only had 2 offers not double track and I’ve been paid for them.

After getting booted off of dozens of surveys for speaking the truth on the surveys and spending two weeks trying to earn the diamonds that were promised which was 110,510 on Design Home. I received the $21 in my PayPal account, but $21 for two weeks worth of work is pretty pathetic, especially since I put hours and hours and hours time into the surveys of some of which a half hour into the survey and got booted for no reason at all, which was a waste of time. After shotting everything that they requested and doing everything that was required to earn my diamonds, I got nothing but the $21 put to my PayPal. this app is a scam my advice find something else because this one is pathetic. this has got to be one of the biggest scams and waste of time that I have done.

Not really sure how to rate Drumo yet still getting use to it just started a day ago but so far so good let’s see. So update watch out because the competitor people partners that this survey app has will Flag youAnd then they’ll suspend your account for doing a survey that you got credit for because it said you completed it well, according to them Drumo, they stated that they can’t on suspend accounts that their partners have a problem with I did a few surveys some of them went through some of them didn’t honestly the reason why I download it. This was for the games it wasn’t to do the surveys surveys are kind a little fun yeah but I would rather play the games you can make money playing Games. so honestly, I deleted Drumo I deleted all the games that went with it. They still have money of mine because you can’t pull less than a dollar out and they still owe me for a game. I will probably never see that and that’s OK but don’t player your people cause it ain’t worth it.

Prepared to spend an hour of your time filling out an incredibly tedious survey for a promised 60 cents — just to have it bug out at the final page with no reload or escape button.

There is no report button for dishonest or bugged surveys. There is no quality control to protect the primary user. Half the surveys get ten pages in and then boot you because youre not their target demo. Not paying non target is unethical theft. Qualify that in the first few pages. Or better yet actually use the category question the user spend several hours filling out

I never write reviews. And I should’ve listen to the reviews that I did read when I downloaded Drumo. I completed a task that was worth $7 if I completed it in 11 days. And after I completed I didn’t receive my reward, so I reached out, they looked into it, I sent the screenshots. I provided them what they asked and they said they couldn’t find an account for that game and just offer me $2!!. Saying that it’s actually a net loss for them by even giving me $2 when they can’t confirm that I completed the task. Drumo is so not worth your time!!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!’

I’ve been waiting to receive payment from a company advertising their games on this app’s platform. Despite reaching out to both this app and the third-party company multiple times, neither has resolved the issue or provided the payment I’m owed. Additionally, this app advertises a $10 payment for new sign-ups, but they have only paid me $2 per sign-up. I’ve completed the work required to earn the rewards, but both this app and the third-party company, specifically the one behind the Scrabble game, are refusing to pay. As a result, I now feel compelled to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against both this app and the third-party company.

I completed $6.85 of surveys and it went well. However I then completed a game offer that was for $8.75 - this one took me 6 hours to complete and I had to watch an add every few moves. So I watched probably a hundred ads. Then I did this with another game that said the payout was $7.50. This game took about 3 days to complete and I watched HUNDREDS of ads in the process. Seriously. Obviously they made money from me watching these ads but I was never compensated for these. I reached out to support and asked about it and they assured me it would take up to 48hrs after completion. After a week I decided to email them back and let them know I never received the reward. They asked me to send screenshots as proof I completed the offer, so I did and they said they would get back to me ASAP. That was 8 days ago and they refuse to write me back. Seriously please don’t waste your time like I did.

All was going well until i went idle during a survey , i took a phone call and forgot to finish it , entered Drumo 1 hour later and finished the same survey and my account got suspended due to suspicious activity . I contacted customer support about it and they said they cannot give me any information on the reasoning behind the suspension because their partners wont allow it , i asked if i could contact their partners for customer support and they also denied me any way of contacting them to get my account unsuspended , worst customer support team ever! Gained about $5 in the time i spent taking surveys and i cant even get that payout at the very least smh , horrible!!

I had an awful experience with Drumo. I wish I can give a zero stars because they don’t even deserve one star. They draw you in claiming that you take surveys and get paid. After cashing out 3 times I was not allowed to cash out again until I “authenticated”. This was strange to me as I was not prompted to “authenticate” the first 3 times I cashed out. And as part of this “authentication” they ask for sensitive information like drivers license which was a major red flag in my opinion. When I sent a message to their support as instructed when couldn’t complete their shady “authentication” process I did not hear back and my account was suspended. I still have a balance for the reviews I made of over $30 that I can’t claim. I messaged their support for the 2nd time and I have not heard back. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHAM!

FIrstly, I must begin with this survey. The email stated to "claim my reward" and i instead of claiming a reward, I am directed to this survey. I have wasted copious amounts of time doing survey's only to be told that i do not quqality and was either compensated nothing or .01c. Also, to get the money earned, i must have a PayPal account which is asinine considering I only wanted to select a gift card. I understand this app is in some kind of partnership with PayPay, but I should not have to agree to go along because of this app's partnership. I simply wanted to get the money i earned in the easiest and quickest way possible and this app made is very difficult for me. What should have been simple turned into hours which should have ben minutes. Also, it took until the following day to receive the money from the survey. In the electronic age which we now live in, it should have taken seconds not the following day. Shame in this app. Plese fix this issue. Otherwise, I enjou the survey's and would like to continue doing them, but with a different company. Also, there are times when i have completede the survey and there is a problem with the survey itself. The page readsthat I have completed the survey only to be told that I did not complete the survey and then gave me .01c. That is beyond frustrating.

Hi I do not like Drumo at all it is very stupid not fair and it’s not a true survey app to begin with I said this, because I’m always having problems with it from day one I don’t like this it feels to me that you have lied about this whole survey app it does not work for me at all I’ve tried it more than once and my patience has ran out big time I would never ever ever ever recommend anyone to this this app app I am visually impaired and I’ve use other survey apps that are a whole lot easier than this stupid one and yes you heard me correctly stupid it’s not fair and it’s very low paying I’m not gonna use Drumo ever again unless you can update it and make it better for visually impaired people I’m not doing crap with Drumo that’s with Drumo is actually crap this is the last time you were here for me and also if you keep on sending me surveys to do you’re gonna be in a world of a surprise

I recently have been using Drumo, and have been consistent with the surveys and offers, but I notice some of the offers don’t grant you the credit for the time spent. Most notably: War Thunder. I’ve installed Drumo, which requires you to install it on your pc only, and u must complete the offer (7 wins) in order to claim your credit. I have installed Drumo at least 3x and the first time once I won, and never received credit. I have no ad blockers or anything to interrupt the offer and I continued to play and have completed 21 victories at least (7x3) and still no credit. What’s worse is I have contacted support at least 5x and have had no response. This is frustrating. Outside of that, Drumo pays well as long as you stay consistent, but pay attention to the offers and make sure you get credit for each offer because I still have not received credit as I am typing this review, nor have I gotten a response from support by Drumo or by email. I would give Drumo a 5 out of 5, but as it stands, I can only give an honest 3 out of 5 based on the offers, not the surveys. I hope to receive a response soon, so I may continue using Drumo .

I like the low cash out threshold but it’s very difficult to find working surveys. I find it works better on a computer. My main gripe with this is that I reached the weekly goal last week and got the $3 bonus but this week it has been like pulling teeth just to get $0.50! It’s like they’re punishing me for making the weekly goal! Every survey I’ve attempted either kicks me out right away or stops working in the middle of taking it. All week I have completed maybe three surveys. I prefer Eureka.

It's more times then not frustrating. I can get through a whole survey and it says I'm not the right match for the survey after spending 25 or 30 minutes on a survey that was supposed to take 8 of 10 minutes. Meanwhile, I just did the survey and left all my information. Very frustrating.

I know your not expected to make much off of surveys. I have used a lot of survey apps, and this one is ok. There are some days where I can make 5 dollars in one day or there or some to struggle to make a dollar. It’s not one of the best survey apps but it’s at least legit. I like how you can cash out after a dollar, sometimes it takes a little for it to hit your account but it does come through. I did have an issue with one of the offers off of hand picked offers. I didn’t get compensated so I had to email them and it took about a week of emailing back and forth but they did fix it and I did get compensated. So like I said it’s not the greatest but it’s not the worse either

I have made a 25 30 bucks off Drumo. Pretty easily. Paid instantly. But for the last few days Drumo takes me to the main website login page and doesn’t recognize my credentials. Can’t get to the money I’ve made???!??

I’m giving you a very high rating because that I really like the surveys they really make you think and they really make you work for your survey and not just give it to you the subjects that you have really make you think and the payout is really easy it said that it would take 24 hours for the payout, but it just really only took a couple of hours and the process was very easy and that’s what I love about your surveys. I look forward to doing more surveys with you. Thank you.

Based on my experience using this application it really does work! I’ve seen others write bad reviews, must just be a bad experience for the user who’s using this app. this app itself really does work I’ve cashed out using PayPal several times through this application. You won’t always qualify for every survey but it is legitimate. I like the fact that you can cash out after reaching only $1! 👌

Update: always use PayPal if you intend to use Drumo to make money sometimes it will take a minute once you cash out for the funds to hit your PayPal account but they do work. Sometimes you will take surveys not to be credited.. always reach out to support when that happens!

Honestly I had no ideal how much I made but they show u and I’ve made close to 4,000$ . They do have times where they close you when you’ve been in the survey for a while and push complete and you just receive 10cents ! But if you contact them and tell them what happened they’ll give you 5$ for your time I love Drumo and will continue to use ❤️.

First of all, I rarely write reviews, but Drumo is so awesome. I wish you had more game options and a better payout for surveys, but those things are minor, because the payout is actually not that bad. The pay out process is amazing. I mean it practically paid my PayPal before I can even blink. I’m looking forward to new updates.
