I cancelled my subscription which I didn’t authorize any charges. I wasn’t even on your site. It is cancelled but not until Feb 2027. Please consider a refund. I’m a senior and can’t afford it. Thank you Elaine Stern
Refund for subscription good day I was wondering how do I get a refund for my subscription because I tried canceling it Before the 20th and was unable to do so
I started a trial subscription and did not cancel within the first month. My bad. I cancelled my subscription and realized that the cancellation would not occur for 2 & 1/2 months on February 14. Okay I understand this, but after canceling my subscription, I was informed that I could continue using the APP until the cancelation date of Feb 14, but when I try to use the APP, I am denied access because of cancellation of subscription. So, my advise is to not even try a 30 day free trial, because obviously something is amiss in their billing department.
There was a charge from my account for a subscription that I never made
I signed up for 7 day trial June 25 and cancelled july 2. It still charged me $113.84 without permission for a whole year . This is not fair as my option to cancel was not resoected I want my Apple purchase refunded #318364871643 !!!
So I never authorized the transaction of $79 that I was charged I never even use the app I would like my money refunded how is it possible I was charged when I didn’t give permission or authorization
My free trial was over before I could cancel it. I want a refund.

The trial ran out before I could cancel and I was charged $30 for 2 months, but looking at the options, there is another option of $13 for 3 months. Business practices like this aren’t cool. In terms of the app, doesn’t seem to offer anything different over the other language learning apps.

Passed on purchasing for a few reasons. The “in app purchase” section said there was a offer for 3 months for just 12.99, after answering some questions the app only gave me two options, 14.99 for 2 months or 79.99 for 1 year. In addition to this, there is no option try the app before purchasing. It doesn’t even give you the option to see the layout of the app prior to a purchase.
