Too confusing

To be honest, I had a very hard time figuring out how this app worked. First time using the app, I wound up skipping several lessons mistaking them for the introduction slides. there was no transition from the intro slides to the lessons.
The chat bot is less than user friendly.
And the conversations are very monotonous.
The lessons themselves are , strange?
As of now ,I’m really on the fence with this one. One more try before I delete

The app is great and I enjoy learning Spanish and American English (😂😂😂.) Although the chatbot has some glitches. It sometimes misunderstands you and leaves out part of your phrase. I use this app for school on my IOS and it’s not a pain. It’s really fun and helpful. It’s just those chatbot issues that really bug me. Because that’s the only thing I use, and while I understand no app is perfect, that mistake CAN be fixed. But overall, I suggest that you use this app

The appearance and format of this app is excellent.
I cancelled for two reasons: one the intermediate lessons moved along too slowly for an me, an adult who has is between beginner and intermediate. Two, I live in an area with many people from South America and Mexico, so I am more interested in their pronunciations.
