I got this app and the mansion. But then, when I was switching apps it glitched!!! Out of nowhere, I was on this blank screen. And there weren’t any buttons that worked. I tried to get into mansion, but it had the same screen!!!!! I tried to offload it and then reload it. But that didn’t help!!!!! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY‼️

I love all of the games this company makes but I hate the fact that when ever I go into a building there is a black bar at the top of my screen I also don’t like how when I buy the game and expect to play with the featured characters that comes with the game just to have to watch adds to get all the characters I want over all it’s an okay game the quality has just gone down a lot.
