It is saying Network error but my wifi and phone are working fine. Tried to email the contact email on google play and got a "This email does not exist" message. Wtf?

I recently downloaded the app on iPhone SE (New Version). I’m just having a issue trying to upload my own picture, when I do this it takes long and then it keeps coming up with forbidden login.

App loss up and when I go to do anything, I can’t. I get an error saying “HandshakeException: Handshake error in client (OS Error” I am using the same mobile network I have always used, nothing has changed and I get this error unless it’s an issue with the app
