Been playing a month now and any slot you seem to accumulate a good amount of bonus points you just end up losing during the bonus rounds, with cheap “shared” payouts and it’s rigged to pay less multipliers the more you’ve gained up. Watch pretty much all the bonus and have not yet seen any one reach the possible jackpot, several occasions during the Volcano spin I’ve hit wins multiple times and nothing gets added to the total. Screen shoot it everytime but you can’t send the screen shots to tech support and they just give a vague response of “we’ve check and all your winnings are accounted for”. Which they have not been. One maybe two more days of trying to climb back out of the gutter but soon deleting!

This game acts like you are betting for real money. The payouts are not nearly close to what is bet. The game always has issues and bonuses are not paid. Any of the Bingo, Bumble, or other type of games do not pay unless you are the top spot. One is guaranteed to lose all of their game cash by playing one of those games because the bets are a ridiculous amount. A major jackpot in the bonus games is never won.

The point of these app games are for enjoyment. There is absolutely none if one can never win. One may get maybe 5 minutes of enjoyment before they lose all of their winnings then it’s just MGMSlotsLive developers trying to take your real money to continue play. Not worth the hassle and phone space.

So I wonder if you all are deleting reviews that are negative because I only see 4 and 5 star reviews. It is against the law to only allow positive reviews because it is misleading advertising.
Playing the wizard of oz section of the game, or whatever you call it and I quickly got annoyed. Why? You force me to do the stupid mini game where you have to wait for other players to see who will get to the end of the yellow brick road. That needs to be an option and not forced upon players. Not everyone wants to play with others, if I did I would purposely choose a multiplayer game. Not to mention it seemed painfully long, just waiting on people to pick the right potion was ridiculous.
I really only played this game because of the cash rewards for getting to a certain level and I will say it's not worth it unless you spend real money. I don't understand how people freely give hard earned, real money to a game that won't give you money back. I guess those people have money to burn, must be nice.

Played for 20 minutes, my first 5 spins just straight up failed because apparently there were enough players in the same lobby. The “team” mini game went off twice in my 2 minutes. These “team” mini games are long, boring, intrusive and the payouts are garbage. First “team” mini game took 5+ minutes and payout was less than the minimum spin bet in that slot (250k). Second payout was only 2.5M, which is less than I was averaging just playing the regular slot over the same period of time. And o saw no way to opt out of these “team” aspect.
If it wasn’t for these “team” mini games being such garbage: the slots were decently fun with decent payout ratios. But that forced “team” aspect just kills the whole game for me, because once again it is long, boring and payout is garbage.

Came here for a fun slot app and the free milfe loyalty reward points as directed by the MYVEGAS app, but thoroughly disappointed. Predatory at best; trying to gr*pe your wallet at worst. Most “events” are closed leaving you to choose from the current live event (which you are constantly directed to) and a few other selections. Almost all live events seem to require an immense amount of in game currency to net a small (proportional) profit making you buy in over and over. If I wanted to spend money on these kind of odds I would just go to the casino where I have a chance to win real money instead of fake in game currency.. In my opinion — they are trying to deplete your wallet a few dollars at a time. Self sustaining capability of in game currency pales in comparison to MYVEGAS, so if you are looking for a similar experience DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

I do enjoy this game, and yes I have bought a lot of chips as the game combats boredom. HOWEVER, there is a MASSIVE problem lately. There have been MULTIPLE times I’ve earned substantial bonus spots for the bonus round and the game either randomly kicks me out or I get an error message saying the room is full and the kicks me out. I have sent trouble tickets to MGMSlotsLive developers right after each incident with the exact time, game, and details of my bonus spots. Each time they essentially tell me that the details don’t match their system. I estimate that I am out about 10 Bil chips I would have won in the bonus rounds. It’s fine if I’m just playing for free, but I am a paying customer that has purchased a ton of chip packages. My recommendation is to play for free. Don’t ever buy chips as you will get scammed out of winnings and told they won’t do anything about it.

This game has the unique feature of being somewhat social in nature. So you play with icons representing other people who are also playing the game. But that unique feature is not enough to keep me interested in playing this game. The payouts, as I said in my previous review, are pitiful. They call a 250,000 token win a “Big Win” but it’s really a pittance when you consider the bet is 700,000 tokens & above. Yesterday I decided continuing the game was just not worth my time & I deleted it.

I play a lot of casino games but this one has the lowest payouts. It even pays much much lower than MGM’s other slot games. In addition, right in the middle of games, the game loses connection to it’s server! It’s not my internet, I’m not losing connection in any other game, it’s just MGM Slots Live. I gave this game 2 stars because the premise is great, they just need to improve the payouts & FIX the connection issues!!!

I started playing this game for the first time on 1/3/22 just so it’s noted… this game has lagged out on me almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a bonus! I will be in the middle of receiving a bonus play or finally activating a bonus and it will completely freeze or just continue spinning the slots without awarding me anything forcing me to shut down the game and reboot it. I wanted a few different time maybe 5 minutes to see if it would complete to roll and it does not. It’s frustrating when this happens and I exit the game and come back and now no bonus is available. But the only way to pay this issue is by exiting the game completely! I have no idea how much money these issue have cost me but i know it’s quite a bit! I’ll just be going back to myVEGAS slots because at least I know on that game, I won’t get any of these issues!!!!!!

I have been playing this game since November 2021 and it was fun at the beginning! Things started getting weird when i started betting over 50M, there were numerous times the game just kept spinning after I hit the bonus, And I had to exit the game and reboot it, but you don’t get any rewards for your bonus! There were several times when I hit the bonus and never triggered ( what in the world)? All these issues cost me billions of credits! I sent several emails and messages about my issues, all I got back were automatic email response stated they received the email, one week later when I check the claim again, it said the claim were closed! Same routine responses for all the messages and emails I sent! What a shame! There were also several times I tried to buy credits and it kept saying the transaction failed but it did appeared on my credit card! Since they don’t have a customer service hot line and only emails and messages, so I had to call MGM customer service and they told me basically MGM has nothing to do with MGM Slots Live and there were nothing they can do about the issues that I experienced! This is really getting on my nerves now! I spent thousands of dollars on this game that The MGM Rewards sent me the links through my MGM account and now they told me they have nothing to do with this! Shame on you!

Y’all, these challenges are simply wack. Bogus. Ludicrous. Literally billions of dollars spent on Frozen Riches, literal Billions, and I have still not completed the challenge. 2 of the 3 challenges on this platform were finished almost 18 hours ago and I still cannot hit the last 3 tall wilds. 2B in plinko chips and then hit 65/80 xp in a bonus round is absolutely trash and is prevalent.

Spare me the algorithm explanation and the rewards because we have tried to use them and cannot even be used in our upcoming trip. We travel to Vegas several times a year and already get comped for rooms through our MGM Gold status through MGM life. We live in Georgia and most things are not even applicable here.

The purpose and lure of your challenges are to “win” but really they are excessively hard to beat which benefits only the corporation and not the player. These game are only fashioned to be like Vegas in regards to they are slots. Vegas does not force my bet, nor does it dictate when I can change them. My experience in true Vegas does not count against me as it does in this platform or play.

On all of their slot machine games you have the option of choosing what you’d like to bet per pull. The developer has placed a $25,000,000 bet right next to the bet button. This can make it very easy to hit it by accident, which happened to me.
When I contacted them to explain what happened their response was, “ these mistakes also happen in real casinos, so unfortunately, we will not be able to give you your chips back.” I was dumbfounded by their response. So just be careful when you are placing your bets because if this happens to you, they pretty much don’t care even if you spend REAL money on their app.
Otherwise, the games do offer a nice form of entertainment.

It’s a knock off Popslots. There’s only a few games available in each casino it’s usually extra games and I like to play the rainbow sevens and of course they don’t have it. And we betting millions on POP! Slots and giving millions of coinsThis game is really lame with the amount they give and you get to play with. There’s no way I would purchase coin on this slot, as a rule of thumb I don’t believe buying fake coin with real money is too smart. And even worse the amount they want for coins is ridiculous compared to POP! Slots you can get millions and millions more coin the same money if you wanted to purchase. I hope you get the rest of the spots this is ridiculous I don’t understand why you can’t just have a more if you have that part of the casino you should have all the rest.

Game was a lot of fun until there was an update not too long ago. Now the game glitches in every game I enter. Because I have an iphone I’d need to keep taking screen shots and logging the time/date/game/feature in order to e-mail correspondence to the support team in order for them to find the problem(s) and fix it/them. This game is a time-waster that I enjoyed while it worked— but as a full time father and student I can only afford to play it inline at the grocery store or during the little downtime I have while vegging on the couch watching a movie; there’s no way I’m putting time into MGMSlotsLive, I’d rather just close it and move on to some other time-waster when it isn't working. BUT! When it worked, it was pretty fun.

I really enjoy playing MGM Slots Live but I recently came into a problem to where the slots were taking tokens without spinning machine. An obvious glitch. I contacted customer support immediately while I was still on the slot machine that was not working and took most all the tokens before I realized it while trying to make the slot machine work. Customer support finally came back to me over 24 hours later stating for me to reset my phone and download MGMSlotsLive and re-download it. So if I did that all that work I have would have no tokens and I would waste my time re-downloading the game. No offer to replace tokens lost. I even spent my money on this game to purchase tokens. The game really does aim for your money. I understand it’s business but you should have better customer support, especially when you are dealing with paying customers. I have deleted the game due to this.

I’m a newer player and I will say first and foremost, this is a really fun game to play with many different games and contests to play! After I’ve gotten somewhat used to how each game works, I noticed many times during timed contests, the chips would go up as if it’s adding to my total but the amount doesn’t change. Conveniently, the game will credit the lower winnings but the larger ones didn’t add up. Initially I thought I would get credit at the end of the game or in my inbox but I didn’t in either situation. This has happened with several of the games over a couple of days which is extremely disappointing. I’ve bought more chips to finish the contests in hopes that I would get the credits at the end of the game but I didn’t. I hope they fix the glitches and give us the chips we’ve won.

Love this game and spend a good amount of time on it, probably more then I should lol. However a big pet peeve I’ve had recently is every opportunity the game has were you need to check in and accumulate a “streak bonus /opportunity” the game will ultimately push you back to the beginning so you can never fulfill any challenges they offer. Also have noticed you will get a really big pay out in some casinos and when you take a break to reply you typically are guaranteed to lose either your entire game balance or 1/3 of it before you realize it’s a constant loosing streak with payout that don’t surpass the total spent in game and half the mini games available only 3 players will make more then they spent so if you didn’t bet 50 mil a hand to accumulate 400k bonus points for the bonus game your pretty much guaranteed to lose it all or break les then even, regardless of piggy pop, wonderland, New York New York, and even Luxars is a loss great game hope it fixes itself with time so I can actually cash out my points!!

I’m beside myself I love this site I have spent hundreds here and coins aren’t not being applied and I have been trying to get a hold of customer support but no on answers me at all for 6 days now. I was going told I could request chips every 7 days again no one answers and I just spent a hundred and didn’t even revive bonus. Just unreal. Don’t even know what kind of raising to give for this. Ok I need to add to this I have been playing all night I used up every bit of coins playing emerald city and when bonus came up it passed me 4 times. Why

I downloaded this game through Tester Buddy, so some purchases on MGMSlotsLive went towards getting money through that app. It has been fun trying out different machines (some of which I’ve actually played on in Vegas). I also love that you can trade in points for rewards such as a free dessert at a restaurant or even a complimentary night at a hotel.

What I would love to see next is being able to link my MGM Rewards card to MGMSlotsLive so that I can gain rewards points/tier credits.

I am a new player in the game. About a week or so now. I Truly do enjoy your slots, events and whatnot’s in the game like quests, etc.., Otherwise I wouldn’t have downloaded it. I am getting to maneuver myself through the casinos okay. But not good enough yet. Leveling up pretty fast. I give it a three star for now only because I still have difficulty moving around the casinos and it doesn’t really give a person direction to I’ll ell. Unless I am missing that part somewhere. I’m sure as I play more and more often, and I get used to the casinos, and understand the game a lot more my rating review will go up, as I am having fun playing and love it when there are other players around too!
