Great coffee terrible service!

I literally stood in front of two people for about three minutes waiting because I was ordering a mobile order for the first time. Neither of them greeted me nor asked what I needed and then when the person who was at the cash register finally came up, they just pointed in the direction where I need to pick my things up and never even said thank you for coming. Terrible service great product!

I realize I was ordering from a vacation spot but 20 minutes after my mobile order was placed I was still waiting for it. Ridiculously long line out the door people waiting for 40 minutes for coffee. I understand people are on vacation and they are busy but what’s the point of a mobile order if I’m still waiting half an hour for it.

Broken… just like the franchise owners. Avoided at all costs better off going to Starbucks at least their app works properly. It reminds me of the downgrade Marcos pizza did a couple years ago and just totally trashed their reward system and order online system. Definitely losing customers with this app…it looks more like a tracking farm for the developers.
