This app stole my money and didn’t provide!

I am only giving this a one star because it would not let me give it a zero star
I downloaded this application because it looked very appealing with the types of resume templates that were available. So I was very excited I paid my $10 for the app and then I started filling out everything I needed to create my resume. After creating my resume I found the template that I enjoyed the most and I tried to save it or share it and nothing would happen. I have reached out three different emails to the support team to try to address this issue and at this time no one has responded back to me at all. I really wish there was a way to get my money back I am very disappointed that I have paid for this app I did not give me any product out of video essentially they stole my money.

I paid $9.99 to access five templates for a lifetime. I am only able to use ONE. The others only show partial information or the format cuts off your info on the right side. I reached out to the app’s moderators but received no response.
Since the update, there is no change in the format.
