I got SleepTrackerRecorder because it said I could get a 7 day free trial to see what it was like, but when I actually used it for the first night I woke up to find that I couldn’t access any of the data from my sleep besides the room noise and that was about it. I expected the 7 day free trial to allow me to see if I snore, talk in my sleep, etc. but it didn’t even let me see what time I went to sleep or woke up. I think that is ridiculous that for the “trial” all you can access is the room noise. DO NOT GET SleepTrackerRecorder UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR IT!!!

SleepTrackerRecorder doesn’t really do anything that is worth $60. You can hear yourself snore. But there is no way an app can monitor your deep sleep just by recording your sounds. Also, there is no way to request a refund and the website to the company provides no contact info other than a picture of a map of where they are located.

I did the SEVEN DAY FREE TRIAL and canceled it so I could try it without the chance of being charged. Then I saw a pop up that told me I could do a free trial plus a year and when I clicked and bought the FREE TRIAL it instantly charged my account without the free trial and put my account into the negative. I have sent them an email and they have ignored me. DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE! THERE IS WAY BETTER ONES IN HERE WORTH LESS!

This is a pretty useless app. Nothing it records is accurate at all. It recorded the same sounds for snoring, rain, and teeth grinding every single time. The sound level information is highlyninaccas well. It regularly said my decibel level was over 90db. Seriously, that's freaking loud. Over 85db is damaging. Pretty sure I would wake up.

The only accurate tool on SleepTrackerRecorder is when I go to bed and push the button and when I wake up and stop it. Otherwise I get when my husband wakes up tracked on my stats. Now can’t figure a way to cancel it? My free trial ends so I bet I get charged now without a way to cancel it.

I bought SleepTrackerRecorder.. $60.. and it tracks fine. However, even though I have disabled the alarm it wakes me up every morning when I don’t want to wake up. I don’t know what else to do but delete SleepTrackerRecorder . I want my money back!

It’s dumb! You think it’s just the extra stuff that you have to pay for like tracking more important stuff! So I turned it on for the night and was disappointed in the morning to see you couldn’t listen to anything without paying! Big fat ripoff!!!!

I was really excited about SleepTrackerRecorder but it does not track my sleep properly. It is tracking opposite of me being awake. Otherwise I would have kept it and paid the membership.

I canceled this the day I installed it. It still billed me the monthly fee. I have once again cancelled it. I have no where to contact anyone. I don’t know what to do. I do not want to spend $65 dollars for an app I don’t want. HELP!!

The music selection is very small, there's 1 sample song but you can only have the music play 2 hours 55 minutes the most, I would have liked a longer time such as 12 hour. I hope SleepTrackerRecorder gets updated to include more songs.
