1 year agoHello, I have a monthly membership with Buddy Bear Var Wash. I haven't been able to use it since Aug. 04th. I had Surgery iin Aug. My car has been at Napleton Kia since Aug 04th. waiting for a new engine. I haven't driven my car.on Aug. Sept. And perhaps Oct. Payments still being deducted from my bank acct. How can I suspend that charge & get a Refund until I'm able to drive my car again ? $23.99 is nothin to sneeze at. Please pause my payment until further notice .Thank You 312 860-0035

2 years agoI purchased a pass this month like every other month but, every time I try to go through the wash it tells me to pay again the attendance take his sweet as time getting there and just put his pass in problem never slove so he told me he can't help call corporate if u want to never can can get in touch leave number no call back.

Tried scanning the bar code after buying a monthly plan through this all, but it didn’t work. The employees at the car wash have no idea about this app or how it works. Tried canceling the plan through the app, but pressing “cancel” does nothing. Avoid this app.
