1 year agoCan not get a return email about my exchange > i know they recieved it because I followed up on the tracking number. No acknowledgement at all. So frustrating. Thinking of going through Paypal for a refund. I havent done it yet because I did not want to give Love an Faith a bad report but this is crazy. They recieved my return on June 22nd.

I’ve always had great results with this Christian company except this time. I’m beyond frustrated. I tried a phone number I found online that went straight to a message saying to email them. REALLY !!! I’ve tried —unsuccessfully. BTW—I’ve ordered lots of shirts over the past year and a half to the tune of over $700!!!

1 year agoI submitted an order on Friday and immediately noticed that the system didn’t reflect the correct mailing address. I have sent four requests to change the delivery address, and a response that my request was received. I have yet to hear from anyone. Please help me.
