Can not get a return email about my exchange > i know they recieved it because I followed up on the tracking number. No acknowledgement at all. So frustrating. Thinking of going through Paypal for a refund. I havent done it yet because I did not want to give Love an Faith a bad report but this is crazy. They recieved my return on June 22nd.

REALLY !!! I’ve tried —unsuccessfully. BTW—I’ve ordered lots of shirts over the past year and a half to the tune of over $700!!!

I submitted an order on Friday and immediately noticed that the system didn’t reflect the correct mailing address. I have sent four requests to change the delivery address, and a response that my request was received. I have yet to hear from anyone. Please help me. I only meant to order the first long sleeve shirt that was a large. I don’t know how my order had an additional small size shirt on my order. I didn’t realize what had happened until I saw my order balance that I paid through PayPal. Please send me a large shirt or just refund me my money.
