Good morning, I have tried to send another email to you all about an order I made back on Oct 5th, 2024 order number is 5240197, I never received this order, it went to another address in Sorrento, Florida. It went to Sonya Fisher 30915 Alcrest Ave Sorrento, Fl 33776 on the 17th of Oct. If someone else has recieved my order, I would appreciate it very much if you would either replace it, or cancel it. Can not get a return email about my exchange > i know they recieved it because I followed up on the tracking number. No acknowledgement at all. So frustrating. Thinking of going through Paypal for a refund. I havent done it yet because I did not want to give Love an Faith a bad report but this is crazy. They recieved my return on June 22nd.

I’ve always had great results with this Christian company except this time. I’m beyond frustrated. I tried a phone number I found online that went straight to a message saying to email them. REALLY !!! I’ve tried —unsuccessfully. BTW—I’ve ordered lots of shirts over the past year and a half to the tune of over $700!!!

I submitted an order on Friday and immediately noticed that the system didn’t reflect the correct mailing address. I have sent four requests to change the delivery address, and a response that my request was received. I have yet to hear from anyone. Please help me. I only meant to order the first long sleeve shirt that was a large. I don’t know how my order had an additional small size shirt on my order. I didn’t realize what had happened until I saw my order balance that I paid through PayPal. Please send me a large shirt or just refund me my money.
