For the last 2 weeks I have been having freezing issues. I have to close down game then reopen to play one match the freezing every time . Now today after the new season came out about 7pm central time I started getting this message saying your game has been opened on another device. Over and over for hours game won't load just tells me someone else is on my account

Trophy road mega TwinShock bug that keeps appearing with each individual update

I want to love this game. However; I have to give two stars because of one extremely infuriating reason that still happens no matter how many times this games gets updated. That reason involves the trophy road for this game.
There’s a bug where it shows that I have already gotten the Mega TwinShock blasters as a reward for reaching it on the trophy road. However; whenever I try to see if it’s a blaster that I have in the blaster menu, I always see that I don’t have at all even though I should. And, here’s where it gets to be extremely infuriating for me. Regardless of how times that the developers of this game update it, it still persists even to this very day.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it as that’s the only way where it seems that I can fix this stupid never ending bug, and each time it never works!!!!!
And, the worse part of all this is that it has been going on for maybe over 9 months or maybe even more!!!!
PLEASE FIX BUG AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE THIS GOES BEYOND THE POINT OF IT BEING EXTREMELY INFURIATING!!!!
Game is mostly bots

The game is mostly filled with bots that have the best weapons in the games, so that when players die to them they can purchase the best weapons in the store. I understand as a business you have to make money, but when you fake as if we’re playing against people so we can buy the items in the store that becomes a problem. This is my second rating since the first one was deleted shortly after the random weapon event got overturned. Funny because when your playing the bots all 3 of them get the best guns in the game every match. This is just how broken the game is, even in a random weapon event the bots still get the same best weapons in the game at a freakishly high level might I add. Fix this game or players will not buy items in the store!
Love the game but needs some serious work

in game there are some serious problems. The spawning in game has no recollection of what’s going on putting you right in the middle of action and getting killed immediately. And in some modes like solos for example I know I’m playing against AI and they proceed to just chase you around the map as if your the only real person playing. Also, the lag in overall play and how the game glitches you out of crates (receiving no awards) and glitching you out of games (if in a tournament losing trophies). Easy fixes for what looks a very well built app, much love 🤙🏼
