I have been in contact with your office since yesterday, but all the message history disappeared. I cannot view ANY games on your site despite buying a monthly subscription. All I get is a blank screen while the game plays on. Also - Customer Service e-mail address not valid. Everything sent back! I have bee trying two days to watch a simple replay. If it's not working by this afternoon EST I will cancel this subscription.

I subscribed to The Rugby Network in the US. It shows all the replays available - BUT THERE IS NO PICTURE!! Nothing! The replay starts, plays - What am I paying for??! my wife and I were all excited to see some rugby - even quality replays are better than any US sport these days.
Please advise - if I cannot watch the rugby I want; well, why am I subscribed?

Very buggy app. Low budget looking.
Great content, terrible streaming experience.

Love their content, but it’s full of technical glitches and is nearly unwatchable. Terrible frame rate and or audio syncing. Somehow manage to make the ads work just fine, apparently they don’t care enough about the main content. Good luck trying to use web access to the content or to cast onto a larger screen.
Feels like it was a rushed app and as of late March it doesn’t work right.

Unable to view full replay games, just spins and locks up, very disappointing. Can see highlights so not a 1, but hope you get this fixed
