Absolutely pointless!!! In New York, many healthcare agencies provide same day pay. However… my agency with all of its brilliance take on this HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE REVIEWS that DOES NOT WORK! You have to CALL to get KEEPER to update your balance. THEN… I took out some money only for them to turn around on a FRIDAY afternoon, and take the money back out of MY BANK ACCOUNT. Mind you… their offices close at 1pm on a Friday. How convenient. And that’s after having the audacity to charge $4.99 EACH time you want to take your OWN MONEY OUT. It’s half past RIDICULOUS! Especially for a system that DOESN’T WORK!!!! They’re obviously making money ripping off folks, yet their “technicians” CAN’T get their system to WORK, which it’s been months for me but seems like longer according to the reviews. The “executives” must be too busy taking the money to pay themselves high salaries while screwing the rest of us. I’m going off on my agency as soon as Monday morning hits. DON’T SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY!!! IT DOESN'T WORK!!!

I went to do a transfer and I open PaidKeeper it says my account is non existing. I have done it yesterday but today it’s like my account doesn’t even exist. My roommate cashed out right after work today so I know it is working still. Absolutely horrible.

This is ridiculous I can’t get access to my money they unlinked my card and I’m unable to link it back I called them I’ve been on the phone for two hours and I can’t even get assistances

Paid Keeper was working fine for months. Now it uses Plaid to link to your bank account. My bank account is listed as an option but it will not verify. Never had this issue before.

Signed up on Monday and for over 6 days I was unable to access money. I was told it was a system issue and a ticket would be called in and it would take 72 hours for the correction. It been over six days and its not working. Do not use PaidKeeper

The worst !!! Ask to add bank and card but still won't let me pull my funds . It's keep asking to add card and it's already added been trying to get it to work for two months now

PaidKeeper never shows my balance, even after a few worked shifts. You have to call customer service for everything. The first time I downloaded PaidKeeper it was integrating with my bank for two weeks straight. A coworker was having the same issues I was and had to call customer service for the same problems. PaidKeeper could have a lot of improvements. I don’t like it. Daily pay app functions a lot better. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I’ve linked my debit card to the keeper app and the card has been verified and two of my other cards on the keeper app keeps staying in pending status? There’s a issue a with PaidKeeper that’s needs to be fixed because I can’t access my money

I don’t know what’s going with PaidKeeper… it’s horrible… you can’t even borrow from PaidKeeper anymore… it’s been glitching ever since the new update…. I cant borrow anything .. it takes you to a blank white page after you “Agree” to pay back… Never had issues with PaidKeeper until the new version…. Don’t seem like it’s going to get fixed becos it’s been like this over a month… Developer might as well take PaidKeeper out PaidKeeper Store… It doesn’t work

i’m so happy my Job start working with PaidKeeper. one day i needed some cash and didn’t want to borrow money from anyone, download PaidKeeper got my mom immediately! only thing i don’t like is the 4.99$ fee just don’t feel it should be that much maybe 2$ or something

I’ve always believed every company should pay weekly. Even though my company pays bi-weekly, with just a tap on the screen I have access to early pay and for $3 a transaction what a deal! Weekly or daily pay at your fingertips.

PaidKeeper has been good to me but for the last couple of days it won’t load at all. I deleted it and reinstalled it but it still doesn’t load up

I am Grateful for the Ability to be able to use some of my payments in advance. It has been used for more than one much needed situation.

It’s been nothing but issues since I’ve made my account. For a week now, I haven’t been able to get anything off my check, and PaidKeeper won’t add my card. It added my bank account, but every time I try to add my card, it says all set, but the card won't show up. I’ve called numerous times and have been getting the same answer. Just horrible

Please let us know how much balance it is left on our check

I started using this about a month ago got both my paychecks 2 days earlier then I have been getting them in the past really saved me was able to pay my credit card on time!!

PaidKeeper will not allow me to log in. It continuously says that there is “no account associated with the phone number entered. Please use the number on file with your agency in order to proceed” but the number I’m entering IS the number on file with my job and the only number I have… UGH!

When I’m I need of quick cash, I use PaidKeeper to borrow from my paycheck daily. It works exceptionally well and very reliable.
