I have problem with likee I can't make live I'm not 16yrs of age why rejected my application. I can't apply to live because of that. Please help me to fix it

How to fix HELO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the HELO app on iPhone
Update HELO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HELO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HELO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HELO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

HELO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix HELO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the HELO App
1. On android, goto Settings » HELO » click [Force Stop]

Update HELO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HELO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » HELO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart HELO.

Fix HELO unable to contact server/ HELO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click HELO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto HELO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HELO
