I have problem with likee I can't make live I'm not 16yrs of age why rejected my application. I can't apply to live because of that. Please help me to fix it

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HELO app issues:

Force Stop the HELO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HELO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HELO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HELO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HELO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HELO.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HELO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got HELO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
