Great concept. Inaccessible support.

What works is very cool. But if you need support, you’re lost in space.
“App Support” and “Developer Website” links give 404’s — both on the web App Store and the iPhone App Store. There’s no “support” option inside the app.
Even the About is odd: I doesn’t show the app version.
For my iPhone XR (current iOS and lots of space) the app crashes then you try to save a picture or video. No apparent way to fix it.
Developers need to give users access to support. Or else it’s just a 1-star app.
