I was also charged double times for a fight I couldn’t watch. The website is a joke. And the customer service is horrible. They replied and asked if I wanted a refund, I said yes then I didn’t hear anything else after that. They stopped responding to me and now I have to fight the charges with my bank

Fanmio is a joke I was charged twice for a fight that kept cutting off every 30 seconds didn't even get to watch it I want a full refund for both charges or I will be taking legal actions.

Purchased fight and could not login because the login button was unclickable so I couldnt watch the fight. Definitely gonna need a refund

I purchased the fight 6/6/22 of Maywesther and Logan the fight did not play it keep telling me to purchase the fight which I already did even the fanmio app was not working I need my refund back please I’m very upset and disappointed I paid $50 to watch the fight and it wouldn’t work

Purchased the Floyd Mayweather fight tonight PPV for $49.99 and I couldn't even watch the fight. It cut off every 20 seconds and I have to go out of the app then go back in to watch the fight and then it continuously shut off the entire time. I need to directly speak with customer support services for a full refund.

I could not even see the fight but since you guys don't have a phone number to call I will contact my bank tomorrow and have them stop the charge since you couldn't provide me with a service. I recommend you all that had issues to contact your bank and dispute the charge

This was a terrible experience. The app would quit mid fight during each exhibition and it cut off during the interview before they announced the winner. I want a full refund. This was very inconvenient and a waist of money.

This is a scam there was way to many issues on the site I want my money back ASAP barley watched 20 minutes as the stream would not connect then when it finally did kept cutting off

I’m requesting a refund as your app turned off during the fight over 3 times also was paused wouldn’t start til about the 3rd of last bout. Terrible service no one should have to pay that much or at all with services like this wouldn’t even allow us to see what they had to say at the end I need my money back now

I’m having the same problem as another customer who commented. I bought the fight but it is saying that I have not purchased it and only gives me the option to buy it. I am not happy about this, as the event is probably over by now. I want a refund (times two) because I tried to purchase it again thinking it could have been my error, but it was not. I want my money back and you just lost a new customer.

Yeah. If there website is having issues to the point where we cant even watch even though we bought it. I bought it twice. If I cannot get a refund from an issue on their side there will be a problem. Especially since they are not addressing the issue. I am not happy with my experience here and hope they dont host another PPV match with a service and system like this.

Bought the fight today but it’s not showing up in my account purchases and keeps saying I have no upcoming event, also still asks me to purchase the PPV when I already paid the $50 for it. If this doesn’t work I am going to be pissed, I want a refund.
