I typed to set up account but is you sign and do not have account eBooks locks up you can back up to set up new account user. I deleted eBooks and downloaded it again it starts off at the locked up page I was on.
Have not received and email to reset password for eBooks even though I have clicked Submit
I’ve been an American Red Cross Instructor for 6 years. I can log onto the webpage fine, but unfortunately eBooks will not accept my login. BUMMER!
It’s too bad the the epub doesn’t even load. So much for getting a tool that you can’t even use and brush up on your CPR.
App won’t let me log in with any of ARC credentials.

At first i had trouble signing into eBooks but after i signed into the website with my credentials it allowed me access into eBooks and i downloaded the content so it’s available always even without internet service connection
