I enjoy reading the articles and comments on Unherd. However over the last few days I am having to log in each time wish to read an article and comments, even if I tick the box to stay logged in. My subscription lasts until August. My other comment is that in the comments section replies to comments gradually get narrower and end up one letter per line in a column, this makes it hard to read.
I can't figure out how to unsubscribe, please help ):

There’s much work to be done on this. The site charged my credit card three days ago yet it continues to limit my access to pieces on the app. I sign in with my email, then I’m directed to the email account where, after about a ten minute delay, I find a link to access the web site — not the mobile app. The password created when I first signed up appears to be totally irrelevant.
This is quite sad because the stable of writers whom they’ve corralled looks to be quite exciting. Please get this app working properly!
