Because this app can't sustain itself wholly on the functionality that it was based on it has to trick other Americans into pain for a supposed pretrial that was never free it's actually 30 bucks and nobody in the world would even want to think about using this **** **** **** because it doesn't identify anything correctly at all ever. Some would be nice but I'm sure that's going to be about as hard as finding a phone number to get ahold of somebody here thanks a lot

The app is always frozen, takes a super long time to identify or just shuts down. I’ve tried powering my phone off, offloading the app, deleting & reinstalling the app… I have very limited patience at this point. My renewal is coming up and I’m struggling with the decision to renew or not. I feel like I’ve leaned on this app to teach me a lot of rock identification basics, but now I can’t seem to get it to work. Please advise. Thanks!

Do u know were i could look or ask some one or some company. If anyone knows how i can get my rare raw metals PERFECTLY identified, so i can sell some. And were i can sell rare raw metals ? Not gold or silver, or platinum or pallatium, the other 1000 different types.

I’ve removed this app and canceled my subscription nearly a year ago and it’s still saying that I have a active subscription. It’s become an issue and prevented me from being able to download or use my bank card. This has probably been the worst experience I’ve had with an app.

Lost me at “Healing crystals”

2022-04-28

by Pdmavid

Was really liking this app and the scientific explanations and descriptions of how rocks form, how to identify, etc. Seemed really cool.

Then I stumbled on descriptions of healing crystals/rocks. Wut? For example, obsidian = “Obsidian is considered a protection stone, that shields against negativity with truth-enhancing properties. It is said to bring clarity to the mind, drawing out mental stress and tension that sometimes leads to confusion. You can carry it with you to help ward off negative forces or keep the stone in your home, office, or anyplace you need protective energy.”

Are you kidding? I refuse to support this pseudoscientific nonsense and nobody else should either. Unless a rock/mineral has shown scientific evidence for health properties (like those minerals in many coenzymes and vitamins), we shouldn’t be spreading “healing crystal” nonsense. Very disappointing.

No such thing as a 1 week free trial

2022-05-05

by __QueenJo__

It says that the first week is free and after that you can choose your subscription. That is a lie… My card was charged about $23 that I am still waiting to see credited back. It’s now 3 days after that free week has ended and a week +3 days after I made certain that I cancelled everything so I wouldn’t get a subscription fee. If they’re going to be dishonest about not getting charged until after the first week, then give me full access. I’ve already been charged for it. Or credit it back. Otherwise this app is little more then a scam. They will charge you despite saying they won’t and then keep that money even after you cancel everything.

STEALS MONEY. DOESN’T WORK.

This app is terrible. It doesn’t identify anything correctly, even those minerals that should present no difficulty at all. If your “rock identifier” can’t tell the difference between malachite and carnelian, you need to go back to the drawing board. The only picture this app correctly identified was of rock crystal (clear quartz) - and that was only the first time. The second time I submitted a photo of the exact same specimen, according to this app it had magically transformed into FREAKING OBSIDIAN.

In addition to being absolutely useless, this app also charged my husband’s card $30 for a year-long subscription, something he didn’t authorize and didn’t want.

I wish I could give zero stars.
