I purchased 40 coins for $40. I dont understand how my app/profile is showing i have 0 coins left. I would like a refund immediately, this is ridiculous.
ask for to cancel my service and he refused to . I want my subscription canceled after 3 day it gone charge me 74 I ask to cancel it 15 minutes after I gt it and he stalling to cancel it today will make it day 2 or 3 n I will be charged I need this. Cancel now

I would like a refund of the 9.99, .01, .09 charged to my card on 5/6 and the 14.99 charged on my card today. After I canceled the subscription. The app was useless and I want a refund and didn't auth the charge of 14.99
Why does this app take a long time to answer problems? I pay unlimited and still do not give good results, also not show the steps how to do it, and they give poor answers.

I am a junior in high school. I go to what is probably the worst high school in Clark County Nevada. I need help in learning how to solve one quadratic equation. My teacher either doesn’t have the time to provide office hours (ratio being 35/1) or most likely doesn’t know how to solve this problem. I find your app, I install it, download it but in order for one person to give me any clues on how to go about figuring out this problem, I have to pay $40. Did I mention that I am a high school student in one of the poorest neighborhoods at the worst school (academically speaking) in the state? Thanks for nothing.

I wanted to use this app in the future for help in math do i bought the free trial and was going to keep it and cancel whether they were really experts. Well the first person Kelly looked at my problem for 1 minute (problem is atleast 5 minutes) and said she couldn’t complete it and that’s for specialized education that they don’t know. Well the questions was actually alegbra 2. Then the second guy helped me but when he sent the solution I had to pay even more than just my free trial + subscription. I had to pay more on top of that.

As someone who does not have access to a credit card OF MY OWN I cannot purchase the premium. I ask for help, and I get “(name), in order to get help from an expert, you must have access to the premium pass” or whatever he said. I have struggled and struggled on this ONE PROBLEM ALL DAY since my Algebra class. I do NOT recommend this app for minors. (The problem is 3m/5=27/15 (they are fractions)) I need to solve for m and I’m not that great with fractions. I will not be purchasing the premium pass for a math problem. App shouldn’t exist. Thanks for nothing!
