This App will take more money than what you put in, and it works like magic, by the time you realized you will be hanging yourselve dead in your room whiles you are on live. I've stayed on this App for a year and i know what im talking about, so i decided to quite. I send them message on my expirence for them to solve my issue for me on how the game is taking my money, i knew they tempered my game system because they thought i have another account. What a shame, they reply telling me their game system is far and i can see alot of people accumulating on other games, yes they are because Poppo administration are the users of the account. Please belovered don’t be decieved, they are thieves and scummers. I review 2 stars because its a world of making a new friend and scummer😀

The app keeps charging me double each time I make a purchase but I receive coins just for one . I contacted customer service and send them all my transactions details, they did nothing. I told App Store and the money was refunded. Poppo went ahead and block my account for fraud and took gift I gave people. They never contacted me trying to resolve the issue. Horrible service. Scam service. I had points and money in my account before they close it. Be careful before this app drains all your money. Horrible. I already have a lot of people leaving the app already. Fix your customers service asap. Get a better way to respond to customer complaints.

I been using this app for 4 months now, it was bad from the start, I got scammed because poppo allows the scammers to get refunded instantly without contacting me. Now, the system is lagging all the time and causing loses and coins dissapear. You complain to the costumers service they won’t help you , you can go back and forth with but the reply were always the same copy pasted. Very annoying…. I am done using this app because the system is and drain your money too fast. Horrible app!
