This APP doesn’t work

I just paid for this app. It detected my two smart TVs. I’m trying to get it to work first on my LG ThinQ. Only two functions will work. After I turned the TV off, it will not turn the TV on. Unless the Developer of this APP can get this working for me, I’ll have no choice but to ask for a refund. I was so excited to have a universal remote app. What a letdown this one has been.
