Never have I had issues with this game I’ve spent a lot of money I own on ps4 pc and iPad the moment I ask for help or a refund so I can put the money towards the game on a different device I’m basically told oh well you spent your money and the game constantly crashes with the Congo pack, game was fine until I purchased Congo pack and now won’t stop crashing my game I can’t even get on the 50$ boat I purchased along with anything else in the package I bought without being kicked out so yeah definitely not happy here I would of been fine putting the money towards the game on my pc but here we are i guess don’t spend money on this game without knowing 100% sure that it will work no matter what because they will not help you out after purchase they got there money so screw the customer.

I downloaded this game two days ago , game worked great. Then this morning I open FishingPlanet and there it is , the update , I thought great what they adding in there now and of course it said bug fixes , I got to tell you the developers you have made this game irritating to try and play , the game freezes nearly everytime I try and fish now , it’s painfully irritating , plus now the global chat is no longer there so I guess y’all removed that for some strange reason , the chat that is there for the lake your at doesn’t work and it no longer shows peoples catches other than your own. I was trying to play awhile before I gave a review so I could give a fair assessment but as it is right now I was at a 4 and now I’m at a 2 , my suggestion would be put it back like it was before ya messed it up with this latest update

Amazing fishing simulator. Realistic as you can get and challenging just like actual fishing. It’s the only game that mimics real fishing to me. Here’s the catch, the game is extremely extremely hard to play without either spending TONS of money or absolutely grinding the game. This personally takes a lot of the fun out of the game, I want to fish not need to really do so much and be so careful with my in-game money. Making profit per trip is challenging and makes it hard to enjoy the game for me. Even if you do spend money the lake passes are limited time. Basically the game is amazing but forces you to spend money to enjoy to the point that it just needs a full version. I’d spend 60 bucks for a full version with everything unlocked for my Xbox setup (probably not mobile)

I love fishing planet as a game and I am happy I found out about it. But I am annoyed that stuff like blue crab lake, Amazonian maze, and maku maku lake isn’t on the phones and that it only goes up to lvl 50. Also I am annoyed about how I can’t sign into my account from my phone on my Xbox and vice versa. It would be a great game if you could log into accounts on a different device because I am not starting a whole new account and wasting the money I spent on this game for a few maps. It would have gotten 5 stars if this wasn’t a problem. So I feel to anyone that is wondering if they should get this game, get it on your PC, Xbox, or PlayStation if you have one cause in the end it’s not worth it on phone.

This is a great game but I have a few issues I want to be fixed. So when I go to collect my money for my Daily reward it doesn’t give it to me it says I collected it but then I don’t have it also I want it to be easier to get a lot of money the quickest way I can get money is by watching the ad for the 1k if it was possible you should make it to where if you watch the ad you get a free 5k instead of 1k that would make it much easier for us fisherman to get better equipment faster and go to better maps im at level 15 and I’m stuck on Lone star lake I hope you see this. I took the time to write this review for two reasons. #1: I love the game’s graphics and design - some of the very best I have ever seen. The fishing is very realistic, making it the best fishing game I have ever played. #2: One of the challenges that I face while playing the game is the requirement of a complete and steady internet connection. This can make it very hard to play on-the-go or when doing multiple things on your phone at once. At any point in gameplay that I have to leave FishingPlanet , even for just a second, I find that when I return the game resets and renters FishingPlanet , losing any fish that may have been on the line. The game also can appear very slow for beginners, along with being confusing for someone who has never fished before. I would suggest an ADVANCED tutorial for those levels which are under 5. Lastly, I have found the chat feature to be both pleasing and disagreeable. While I enjoy chatting, I do not enjoy the spam created by many inside. Very many times I have been disturbed by people inside the chat talking in gibberish that would be unclear for the average person. Here is an example from a conversation at Emerald Lake: Ya bagus klo baca nya dari kanan wkwkwk. Please have someone monitor the chats! May I ask if it is possible to turn on the voice communication mode in the room? After all, there is no systematic novice guide for most people, which makes it difficult for beginners to play in the early stage. They don't know how to play correctly, which makes it extremely difficult to get started. In addition, when playing fake bait such as wave crawling and water surface in the game, you can't see the water surface of the water clearly if you throw it too far away. Because when playing the woking state, you will exit the function of magnification observation. Can you set it to click to turn on the magnification and click to cancel the magnification without being disturbed by the rod and stinging fish?

I have had a lot of fun with this game, I really would recommend it to anyone who loves fishing, but it does not take lightly on in-game money, that ship will scam all the in-game money right out of you, and if you try to sell your stuff it will sell for a whole lot less of what you bought it for, so please, if you are just beginning the game, read this review, I am going to suggest after the tutorial buy what you need, buy you a pole, line, reel, hook and bait, or if you don’t want that use a jig, and get you the advanced license every time, and just leave it at that, don’t spend a lot or sell your stuff, if you are just beginning this I would highly recommend reading this review and take my advice

Bo, here! It is absolutely amazing that they have been able to take the entire game and put it on our mobile devices! But- there’s still some kinks!

Do I like being disconnected every time I exit FishingPlanet or shut my phone off? No… and it makes rods in stands almost impossible to use well without constantly playing. Which I don’t do on Mobile. The bells on the rods ring constantly even after picking up, which makes it very difficult to play with sound on all the time. A visual icon display of rods in stands would be great to play the game with no sound but still know when a rod in a stand has a bite.

Once these few things are fixed, we’ll have the best+est fishing game on mobile, because it’s easily already the best.

It’s a great game, there ain’t a lot of good fishing games. I feel like if you were to add a new mechanic like to be able to catch bait fish and be able to use them as bait would be awesome. Also it’s a pain that the only boats that have a rod holder you have to pay for I’ve spent my fair share of money for the ocean packs and am now grinding like crazy to be level for ocean fishing, that leads to a new mechanic if you buy packs for like let’s say Congo River, it lowers the level you need to unlock it and depending on how much the pack costs it will take off more levels, it will take away more levels the more expensive the pack is. Along with one last thing the ability to to money into bitcoins. I hope you read this and think it over.

I love how realistic it is, but it would be cool to see some new stuff added in there, because they have trout but it would be amazing if they added fly rods. And fly tackle. Also I would love to see some more spots added not like big places like little such as add some little creeks that is free to go to, or very cheap to go to, that would be a fun place to fish, and and a small pond or creek that is 100% free to fish, like a privet bond, I mean with small fish but still a place to get money when u are very low, and can’t afford anywhere els. Also, might not be as fun but like 1 or 2 catfish or carp pay ponds would be cool just to grind or something

Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love the game I played it for 4 to 5 years on the PlayStation from 2019 to around 2024 I think but I switched to mobile 2 years ago and I must say since I’ve been playing all this time you still fight a big fish for 20 minutes at 7 feet away from the boat just for the game to crash and ruin the trophy or unique the game thinks you caught it so you can’t catch a bother until time is changed but it doesn’t count to the fish net and it’s kinda making me loose interest in the game I don’t know how many record fish I’ve lost because of it or how many tournaments I’ve lost and be DQ from because of it

That it would make the game so much better if you can have your friends on the game be able to ride in your boats like kinda like they have to request to ride in your boat because I have recommended this game to my friends from school to my dad we are both huge fisherman and he is very new to the game and I would think that it would be so fun to be able to drive around the maps and fish in the maps off the boat with your friends. Please let me know if you will add this feature in the future.

This game, let me say has changed the game. Searching for a fishing simulator I stumbled across this game and I noticed it was big to install, no biggie, I just connected to Wi-Fi and was good to go, had to create a player when I started and that was cool; I wanted to fish so I figured the first figure was good enough. I see in the next menu that I can go all over the world, wow how incredible, but I start in Texas to get my feet wet. I get to dig through compost, now I have worms to fish with, let’s go fishing planet we go to cast, lightly cast out and watch the bobber straighten out as the line falls further into the water. Now a bite! Easily the best fishing game I’ve tried on my iPhone, try this game if you like to fish; and it’s on PlayStation!

Hello I am a big fan of your game and I play it 24-7. I also am a fisherman but n real life. I think that the graphics are great and the game is not laggy. How ever I did not see any where in the game that you could buy a new boat. I think that you should have options to purchase new boats. I also think that you should have a ( free world) where there are no levels. I would like to say thank you for taking the time to read my suggestions and taking them into consideration. I’ve played a lot of fishing games before, I’ve always been searching for a “realistic”/ “interactive” fishing game. Trust me I’ve been searching for a while, well I found this game a couple months ago, I had it on a older device and upgrade to a new device so sadly I’ve lost all my progress but! I find it very fun because I can start over and fix all my mistakes I’ve already made in the past. This game is truly a one of a kind, the detail is very impeccable, I would love to see more places added such as like maybe just like a little tournament pond like a catfish or carp pond to place “bets” and stuff it would be amazing, and some more boats would be amazing as well, but as of now this is the best fishing game I’ve ever played, I’m very amazed! Good work, I’ve never been so driven for a games success before.

It’s a great game realistic, good graphics etc.. But I think that lakes should be a little less expensive to visit like the lower level lakes bc I will spend half my money getting to a lake then lagging out of game and I can’t go back to that lake for another week and also whenever I buys something it may be a big I just wasted 1000 dollars on a rod holder that I never got which I think is super unfair because now I can’t visit a high paying lake and am down 1500

I have been looking for the perfect fishing app and I found it and all the reviews are good reviews and when I look at the images, it looks so fun but there’s one thing. In trying to get into the game but it says to make sign in with an apple account. I have one but it’s not made to make accounts. Will you please make a button that can let me play as a guest without an account? This game looks really fun but I can’t play and enjoy the game. I’m not hating but will you please find a way to do this? Thank you.

This is by far the best fishing game on mobile, very realistic and has amazing graphics love playing this game can’t get enough of it I’ve even recommended it to multiple friends and family bc we are all advocate fisherman and fisherwoman. I also have some ideas I’d hope you will take in consideration of maybe adding the opportunity to go snagging for fish or use small fish u catch as bait I’d love it even more than I already do and I’m sure many others would also. I play this game everyday. Also I would love to see an option to watch some ads for some money credits bc since I’ve reached level 39 it has got very hard to save up money credits to go to more expensive spots to level up. 5 stars because the game deserves it. Physics feel fantastic, runs smoothly on iPhone, controls are laid out well, PLENTY of content, literally everything about the gameplay is perfect for a fishing game. My two sad notes are as follows: 1. You can’t link accounts and crossplay. It would’ve been nice to take my high level PC account on the go, but I have to start over. 2. There is not controller support, (as of September 20th, 2025) which would be huge.

Literally everything else is perfect, and a new player will find TONS of fun playing - I highly recommend this to everyone looking for a fishing simulator, just know the previously mentioned details before you play so you aren’t (a little) bummed in the late game. As stated before, nothing about the gameplay is flawed. Just wish the money I spent on my other account would be useable here, and that I could use an Xbox controller to play.

Have loved and will continue to love the game devs, you really do deserve 5 stars! :)
