I was watching a livestream yesterday and gave $10 to the content creator. It appears that it went through two times, rather than one, and I was billed twice for it. My odysee app has been having streaming issues, probably due to where I am, as I'm pretty rural. My bank account is reflecting two $10 contributions, and I recieved two separate billing invoices, however on my account comments section, it only reflects one $10 contribution. Can Odysee help me recieve a refund for the second $10 payment? I have invoice: 1342-1294 and 1772-9485, which occurred between the time of 4:14 PM CST and 4:19 CST respectively. Thank you for your help and time, please let me know if you require further information.

ODYSEE HAS BLOCKED MY ACCESS TO MY DATA, IN ESSENCE, STEALING IT. THIS DATA WAS STOLEN ON 2/5/2023. MY ISP IS CURRENTLY ISOLATING THE SERVER GIVING ME THE 403 ERROR. Odysee is aws. The app is ok. PRIVACY - This app collects a LOT of data... all linked to you... Full on MegaCorp style. SHAME. Lots of bugs and lag. Missing lots of website functionality (due in part to the UNETHICAL Apple Corporation). Tiny stupid buttons. Stupid spam load lists. Crap forum without proper threading. Super picky on vid format. No stream control, full HD only (UX), smh. Thumbnails are wastefully high resolution. Sometimes PiP works, sometimes no. Serious cache/buffer issues that result in blank video or app crash. No ability to see/search in any effective way. Even your list of subs is CENSORED by Odysee... they might not think it is censorship... but forcing curated lists is censorship, Not allowing people to see their subs, not giving a chronological list, allowing false tags (Tech category is spammed to uselessness), and the Apple lvl curation of the 'home' list is all censorship- info control- mind control.
Reduced to 1star because it has gotten MORE buggy. smh. The meritocracy is dead, completely inverted.
Cannot go forward or back or you are doomed

The app stinks, or the site stinks, or both. But if you fast forward, or rewind, the sound will disappear. You may or may not get it back 15-30 seconds later, but if you do, it will not be in sync with the video. Beyond annoying if you listen, like I do, while doing other things, and sometimes need to go back to verify what you heard, or hear something you missed. As is, this app is close to useless to me.

I love the interface on the mobile website more than the app. I also don’t like the video player of this app, it feels like a mix of IOS’s native player and something under it just to give it the ability to swipe down. the website does it better, and there’s also speed control, auto play switch etc. Also there are still bugs on this app especially whenever I follow someone new.. the whole app crashes every time I follow someone new. Hope the apps interface changes to be more like the mobile website. Until then I’ll be using that more than this app 👍🏼
