Contact Offline Music Player Mp3 Audio Support

Lately I'm having problems with the music app already downloaded 3 months ago and I'm a current VIP member also, well I'll explain my complaint and it's that lately the app is asking me to “enter battery saving mode" "in order to continue “enjoying nonstop music” and say to “not lock my phone" well, I don't know if it asks me to put my phone in "low power mode" because I already tried it and it keeps sending me the same notification when I want to listen to music while my phone is locked and the app doesn't even have a battery saving mode, well the app doesn't seem like it was before and I think that it is after the new update, I hope you can address my concerns and and that you can please solve the problems and complaints for the users, which we are experiencing recently.

What’s the point of downloading videos and music for playing back later when you have to be online to do that. May as well watch online without this app. You waste data downloading something and use data to watch or listen. It was not like that prior to the last few updates. Doesn’t even have the ability to transfer previously downloaded vids or music to a computer or another phone. The description needs to be updated to state needs internet connection to playback downloaded media.

I read great reviews hoping this is finally the app that I needed, after having to pay money to listen to some songs on audio Mack.I got in and the selection and download speed was great but when I went to play the offline music it said turn airplane mode off and it wasn’t even on. It also said that I needed internet for the songs that I already downloaded, there’s more too it said that I need to turn data on to even download anymore. And still I can’t listen to offline music.
