PassApp Taxi and Delivery Reviews

I get a different phone number every time I travel to Cambodia. You have to log in with the phone but then when you give them the email it says already taken. Yes, BY ME LAST YEAR & Before. If they let you log in with email you could change to the new number. Same problem as last year & they still have not fixed it. Please change this for tourists that come back with new phone numbers every year.

I deleted my account after visiting my Cambodia, but continue to get invoices by email more than a year later. They use your personal data for other riders…I am not sure why, but I cannot get them to fully delete my account.

Unfortunately can’t use PassAppTaxiandDelivery without a local phone number. I don’t understand why having a local phone number is a requirement to book a taxi.

Please fix the problem for logging or register, it ask again and again to input Name but error still want me to name even though I have put my name already.

So many of those systems just don’t help tourists - and they are the most likely users they could have.

You can only select a Cambodian phone number, so PassAppTaxiandDelivery is useless for people without a Cambodian number

drivers drop off at wrong location too many times. customer service Does Not Exist. what a Garbage app!

I had a driver take to me to the wrong place, demand more money, and threaten me. Their support ignored it and took no action. Do not use PassAppTaxiandDelivery for your own safety.

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I don’t think they hire humans and use very cheap AI.

Needs a way to resend the SMS. I setup the account with a correct phone number and never got the SMS. And there is no way to proceed.
