I initially liked being able to make custom album artwork for my playlists, but I feel like Denim has been left by the wayside. Some of what I thought were the best album covers were swapped for more boring images; there was an image of the Holocaust Memorial in Berlin that wasn’t removed for months after I contacted the developer about it in October 2021, even after I received a response that it would be removed “at the earliest”; and the recent update, although thankfully the memorial image is removed, seems to have downsized the full collection even more.

If the this app Pro collection were greatly expanded, maybe I’d come back to it and enjoy it, but given the slow pace of change I have my doubts.

A lot of the covers look cool. But there’s only like 10 covers you can get for free, and they’re not even the good ones. If you’re looking for free covers, find them on google instead. Pro version is two bucks, it’s probably worth it but im a cheapskate. Just make Denim two bucks instead of misleading people.

It's a decent app and I believe it would vastly improve it by allowing us to use images from out photo library.

I just wish there were more options to choose from or a way to change the font and stuff

I would love to give Denim 5 stars but I feel like it’s been abandoned. I can’t seem to find any new artwork after a year of having purchased it. I would love to see Denim get some much deserved attention! Would be great to see a font editor or some other new features to keep things fresh!

This is an awesome idea and a really well designed app. The only thing I believe it’s missing is a pure hip hop genre not just chill hip hop. I think you could also add a few more genres as well. Overall it’s really well done and I love this idea a lot! I’m definitely a supporter. Keep up the good work!

this app seems to be a nice for customizing the look of your playlist in Apple Music. Very intuitive. The $2.99 upgrade is reasonable and provides access the full library of “skins”.

Album covers look better than the default ones in Apple Music, don’t really have any complaints. App works as intended and the covers look awesome!

Now that the Music app defaults to boring playlist art, I immediately open this app after making a new playlist and create something worthy of my playlist.

Heyy the new update looks amazing but is slow and laggy, hopefully you can fix it with a few tweaks, because im looking forward to using Denim

This is a simple app, but it’s very target at one task and does that job very well. If you want custom artwork for your playlists, this is the way to do it. As such, it’s well worth the very low price of $1.99 to go Pro.

Have used Denim for a few days, and in my few days was happy to purchase the full version in a single purchase. Denim is very clean and well designed with great pictures and designs for my playlists. The developer is also very active and is happy to help with any questions or issues. Great app and recommend for music lovers.

10/10 and definitely worth the low cost of the Pro upgrade. Beautiful images and VERY simple to use.

I really like Denim. The developer’s other app, Hezel, is another product I use that is just amazing. Really consider getting Denim, amazing customization features.

It’s a simple concept for an app. Executed flawlessly. I remade all my album art within minutes. This is the kind of app that makes the platform awesome.

Ever since the lastest update, there is a white bar at the top of all the covers. Was a good app before, although could have used more images

Edit: issues have been fixed and new covers and updates have been added

It has gotten so much better. Much more intuitive and a lot more features. The pro version is definitely worth it
