I need to cancel this subscription wef. It's mistakenly being availed which is of no use to me. Please look into it on priority.

It was working for about 2 weeks, I upgraded and then it completely stopped tracking. There is only one way to contact them for support and it’s been weeks and no response on service or reimbursement.

I have subscribed the app and paid for a week, to track one profile. But the app didn’t work at all! I saw that profile’s online, but the app didn’t even notice that. No tracking, no notifications, no reports! All fake!

Works well when working but sometimes just stops or gets stuck with account “online” for many hours.
It’s impossible to get support using the only support option which is WhatsApp.
