I really love NoteCircle and the way it looks but I’m having trouble viewing my tasks. I made a checklist and every time I input a task it just disappears. I added three tasks and I can’t find them at all in my check list. Same thing when I added a todo on the Todo tab. Could the developer please let me know if I’m doing something wrong? I really love how this is set up but my tasks are disappearing.
Promising but currently unrecommendable

Interesting concept with potential but I can’t consider it a serious substitute to the apple calendar if it doesn’t transfer all my events without problems. It syncs initially but pressing any other tab then returning to the Events tab disappears all the events. Additionally there is sadly no visual representation of how a day’s events are spaced out, so I can’t easily tell how spread out different events are.

This is a very good app especially being in 8th grade. Sometimes it’s hard for me to get up and ready for school in only 30 mins. NoteCircle is good and helps me check everything off. Even though this is a great and cute asthetic app you have to pay for the checklist. There is also a limit on how much you can put on your todo list. Overall this is a great app and I recommend.

NoteCircle is great! There are several features that it has that I really appreciate. One of them is that it doesn’t delete completed tasks - it just crosses them out. A lot of apps delete them instead, and I prefer this so that I can look at what I’ve finished and feel proud of myself. NoteCircle also allows you to swipe between days and set routine tasks (great for gym reminders, meal prepping, etc.). Not to mention that the UI is gorgeous, colorful, and fun.
I took off a star because NoteCircle doesn’t let you set biweekly tasks and because NoteCircle limits the number of tasks you can set without paying. I have a lot of biweekly meetings and such that I’d love to include on here! Great otherwise.
NoteCircle is really great for setting up different to do lists. I love the feature that shows you your progress with the monthly report overall a really good app that I will continue to use. The only reason I give 4 starts is that sometimes it’s not responsive. For instance when I’m rearranging my tasks, it doesn’t register that I’m dragging the task. Also this is a small UX thing, whenever I’m editing a task and I press the save button, I can’t tell if it saves or not. I know it does because I’ll drag the task down and see it, but it would be nice if after you pressed the save button if it closed the task itself
Love this concept, needs some more features!

I like how clean and simple NoteCircle is but I think it is missing a few key features to make this an option against other to-do/calendar apps. For example, I would need to be able to repeat tasks every month rather than just create routine tasks within a week’s timeline. A calendar integration is important so we don’t need to manually enter in things that are scheduled. The list of tasks should be interactive when you swipe on it (to delete or move to the next day). Will revisit NoteCircle in a couple of months hopefully to some improvement!
Love the App despite a bug

Just downloaded this today and so far it’s been my favorite all in one app. I love the layout, checklists, and especially the weekly goals. However when I try to add a goal for the following week, it changes the goal for the current week. And when I go back to the following week the new goal is gone. Oops! Thank you for making such a beautiful and helpful app!!!
Edit: Thank you! Can’t wait for that update. Y’all are great. Cheers!

I really the event tab page! Bought the membership just now! However, I have some suggestions. 1.I hope we can have more choices of icons to choose, like simple color, line, emoji and etc. And it will be helpful to have two text boxes, such as one for title and one for details where we could put note or places the event will happen. 2. There is no easy way to delete the event. If we could delete the event in one place instead of click into every event and click delete button like, would be much better. For example, swiping in Apple alarm clocks will delete the alarm easily. 3. The UI is not very clear when I want to sync up my events from iCalendar to NoteCircle. I don’t know what the button in the right top corner for at first.

I think it’s one of the better to do apps it definitely lets you put a lot of the the tasks on without having to purchase premium but if you would like to get all the extras it’s costs money but it’s functional without premium and so it is actually helpful
The agenda tabs are nothing short of a godsend. I’m a very “out of sight, out of mind” person attention-wise, and I’ve tried a million different organization/scheduling apps on iOS, and none of them have stuck for me. I’ve mourned over how many nicely designed apps I’ve tried have ultimately been useless up against how my brain works. this app is the first exception to this, and I will use it for as long as it exists and if it ever goes away as an app, I will recreate it on paper, it works that well for me. I LOVE the Routines and how they integrate into my daily To Do, and having a list feature is so incredibly helpful because keeping all of these things in one app is helpful for my mind which can scatter easily if I have to check across multiple apps for pertinent information.
I just wish I could add new list items from a handy button at the top of the list, not an ever-present text input field at the bottom of the list. It would be nice if the button could create a small text field at the top of the list to then fill in with the new list-item.
Please allow calendar view of individual tasks again!

This is a great app but (as recently as last week) I used to be able to view the calendar for each task to see how consistently I was doing them, but that functionality just disappeared when I checked today? Please add that back in! Otherwise great for organizing and building habits.
The best one out there

I just got NoteCircle and so far I am so impressed! This is the first app I have found that handles to do lists, routines and schedules in general without forcing you to pay. The subscription is pretty cheap (12 bucks a year) and it doesn’t show adds constantly. NoteCircle also looks really good and clean and everything is accessible
Tl;dr the subscription isn’t necessary and it looks super good!
really recommend

(I love it but there is one thing I hate. Plz take off the character limit! PLEASE!!!!!!)
UPDATE: THANK YOU! For the change in the character limit! Now if you are reading this and you are not using NoteCircle there is something wrong with you. This is an amazing app!!! I keep track of my shopping lists, my meds, my notes, events, routines, appointments and calendar in one app! I AM BEYOND HAPPY with NoteCircle! Give it a try and you will understand why. Love Love Love it!
I love how simple and easy NoteCircle is to use. I went for the upgraded option and have really enjoyed it. I like how you can carryover to do it from one day to the next. I also really like how you can create weekly routine so you don’t have to keep writing stuff in. I wish that they would have monthly to do’s. I also wish there was a way to rearrange the order of your to do list. But overall this is a great app
Great app for ADHD ppl

Really love NoteCircle . Love that it allows separate tabs for routine vs random everyday tasks and also other lists. NoteCircle gave me exactly what I was looking for.
Notes to app creators: please add an option that makes it easier to move tasks to different days in bulk and without having to select a time for them. It’s really inconvenient to manually have to do it and sometimes I don’t want to put a specific time on the task.

I LOVE NoteCircle! It is one of the two most-used apps on my phone and iPad. It’s clean, clear, intuitive, and keeps my daily tasks and routines in an organized easy-to-track format. Love being able to sync iCal events with my daily to do list. I’d love to see a few more task icons. One of the best purchases I’ve made. Everything a well-designed and truly useful apps should be - no clutter, highly functional, quick and easy to use.
Neat concept, could use some UI tweaks

I love the concept of having habits show up as tasks in the same list, and being able to add tasks directly to a specific day.
The re-ordering function could be improved though. I’ve been spoiled by other apps where you can just hold an item to make it hover and move around the list (Apple notes to do items can do this, for example). In NoteCircle, I have to tap a button to enter the reorder menu, and I can’t check off tasks until I’m out of it.
The ideal planner for the ADHD user

I love using physical planners. The tactile experience of jotting something down and crossing it off is ideal for me. But these days I find that I often don’t have handy when I need it and to be honest my attention disorder means that I misplace it constantly. In the past I have struggled to make use of apple calendar and google calendar because they are not aesthetically pleasing. But this app is lovely to use! It’s great for mapping out reminders for my day, I love the list section which I keep handy for lists I will return to over and over (grocery lists and work out routines). The best part is that you still get the tactile joy of crossing something off the list. I’m a little addicted to it. My only wish would be for the developers to add more icons/pictures to choose from!
I just downloaded NoteCircle not to long ago and have been really thinking about switching over from Things 3. There’s just a few features that i think could make this the best app ever (im addicted to task apps so i’ve tried many) 1. is an option in settings to automatically have tasks you didn’t complete on the today page automatically switch over to the following day! once it’s the next day 2. it would be AMAZING to have a quick swipe interaction feature on the tasks where you can swipe on them and quickly get options like delete, change date, etc! 3. this might be a feature with the premium which i haven’t looked into quite yet however it would be great to have a tab or something to tap on to show your completed tasks of the day I would love to see these features added because i am so far obsessed with NoteCircle!
Good for building a routine. Not so good todo

Seems alright for managing a routine but the lack of a calendar view for tasks makes seeing what’s ahead a challenge, and ultimately was a deal breaker for me. There is an option to sync Google calendar but it was not working, it kept asking for access even though I’ve given it access.
Great!

I love NoteCircle, they way is formatted helps me so much. The only thing I can’t figure out is how to delete a goal and of there isn’t a way that is the only thing I hope to be added
Great, but...

Overall love the minimal design and how well-organized NoteCircle is, but it is missing a few features. If the option to repeat events, to-do's, etc. is added, I will get a yearly subscription.

I struggle with planners and have tried to use different methods to stay on track. I struggle with focusing and getting tasks done. NoteCircle is simple but with features I’m looking for (widget, reminders etc). Definitely worth a try if you are looking for the same thing.
I have ADHD and NoteCircle has really helped me organize my thoughts, and set a flexible schedule for myself. I am really thankful for this apps functionality but also the simplicity of the design. Again having ADHD I am picky about aesthetic and design and NoteCircle hits my needs spot on. 👏🏻👏🏻
