How to fix Adblocker app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Adblocker app on iPhone
Update Adblocker app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Adblocker iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Adblocker on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Adblocker network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Adblocker Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Adblocker not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Adblocker App
1. On android, goto Settings » Adblocker » click [Force Stop]

Update Adblocker to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Adblocker App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Adblocker » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Adblocker.

Fix Adblocker unable to contact server/ Adblocker internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Adblocker » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Adblocker » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
