This will NEVER a proper utility!

There is no desire on the part of iDiskk to EVER have this be a serious app with the functionality and utility that an Apple user expects. Notice that they’ve had 26 updates in the last year; 22 for bugs and 4 for adding features that should have been there to begin with. 22 updates for bugs; if each update only had 2 fixes that’s 44 bugs in the original release. Or maybe there was only one bug in the original release but each update fixed one bug and introduced two new ones. In any case If you bought the iDiskk flash drives use them on your PC and avoid them and this app on your iPad/iPhones.

This Whole Product Is Garbage

If you want to back up a large amount of photos this drive is slow and constantly has errors. Certain files won’t upload but it won’t show me what file it is so I don’t know what’s uploading & what is not. Have too many files (55,000 photos & video) to go through the lot & double check. Have a pet sitting/nanny business and wanted to back up my photos & video of all the dogs I care for. And the app is completely useless and is
Not at all user friendly. sSkip iDisk app & DO NOT buy their PhotoDrive hard drive. It’s ALL trash.

So many issues

App is constantly having issues, from crashing multiple times, not letting you upload anything onto it (my current issue), only one image being able to download at a time bc if you try to select more than that one 9/10 times it crashes or just doesn’t download them (so selecting multiples means nothing), to taking FOREVER to load the images.

If I had known what I did now about it, I wouldn’t have spent all the money on the external hard-drive, and definitely would’ve found a different brand.
